comme une voiture. Tout ce que vous voyez dans le r\u00e9troviseur sont des indicateurs retard\u00e9s. Ce qui est sur la route \u00e0 venir sont des indicateurs avanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bernard Marre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Nous ne pouvons appliquer que ce que nous comprenons -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Comprendre la diff\u00e9rence entre les indicateurs avanc\u00e9s et retard\u00e9s.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de la gestion des performances consiste \u00e0 mesurer les actions des membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;indicateurs avanc\u00e9s et retard\u00e9s. Premi\u00e8rement, une performance r\u00e9ussie concerne principalement l&#039;ex\u00e9cution de la strat\u00e9gie. Les cadres OKR se concentrent sur les indicateurs avanc\u00e9s et dans le cas des KPI, il s&#039;agit principalement d&#039;indicateurs retard\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une action cibl\u00e9e hi\u00e9rarchis\u00e9e en fonction de son impact par rapport \u00e0 la vision, aux objectifs et \u00e0 d&#039;autres buts de l&#039;entreprise tend \u00e0 se traduire par une performance constante. La mesure des actions prioritaires doit \u00eatre au centre de la gestion de la performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#039;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la mesure de la performance consiste d&#039;abord \u00e0 mettre en place les bons objectifs et indicateurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les indicateurs avanc\u00e9s sont ambitieux et tourn\u00e9s vers l&#039;avenir. Les indicateurs retard\u00e9s observent les performances pass\u00e9es. Cherchant \u00e0 atteindre tout objectif futur, nous devons formuler des indicateurs avanc\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;appui de celui-ci et suivre les progr\u00e8s vers le m\u00eame objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A \u2013 Un exemple d&#039;indicateur retard\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;\u00e9valuation de la moyenne des ventes d&#039;un membre de l&#039;\u00e9quipe (offres conclues en pourcentage des consultations) est un indicateur retard\u00e9 car il mesure les performances pass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B \u2013 Un exemple d&#039;indicateur avanc\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;augmentation ou l&#039;am\u00e9lioration de la satisfaction des utilisateurs\/clients telle que mesur\u00e9e par une enqu\u00eate et d&#039;autres r\u00e9sultats tels que, par exemple, la simplification des \u00e9tapes de paiement pour les achats en ligne sont de futurs indicateurs orient\u00e9s vers l&#039;am\u00e9lioration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 partir de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, il devrait devenir clair que les indicateurs avanc\u00e9s sont plus proactifs, tourn\u00e9s vers l&#039;avenir, inspirants et strat\u00e9giques.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Vaincre ainsi l&#039;objectif d&#039;avoir m\u00eame un cadre de performance en place.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus vous combinez d&#039;objectifs, de r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s et d&#039;indicateurs de performance cl\u00e9s avec des listes de t\u00e2ches, plus les chances d&#039;ex\u00e9cution sont faibles. En ce qui concerne les cadres de performance, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de se concentrer sur des mesures moins nombreuses mais tr\u00e8s percutantes qui vous rapprochent de la r\u00e9alisation de votre vision commerciale ultime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Assurer l&#039;ex\u00e9cution de la strat\u00e9gie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priorisez les t\u00e2ches et les actions qui ont le plus de rendement en termes de r\u00e9sultats. Une communication inspirante, des v\u00e9rifications r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et un soutien peuvent grandement contribuer \u00e0 assurer l&#039;ex\u00e9cution. De cette fa\u00e7on, non seulement l&#039;ex\u00e9cution est assur\u00e9e, mais aussi la qualit\u00e9 de celle-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les priorit\u00e9s, l&#039;alignement et la simplicit\u00e9 sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels de l&#039;ex\u00e9cution \u00e0 prendre en compte lors de la cr\u00e9ation d&#039;un plan d&#039;action. C&#039;est une bonne strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer pour toujours inclure l&#039;ex\u00e9cution dans tout plan strat\u00e9gique. \u00c0 la fin de la phase de planification, m\u00eame s&#039;il s&#039;agit de petites \u00e9tapes, il est essentiel que l&#039;action ait lieu imm\u00e9diatement.
