L&#039;engagement \u00e9difiant ne devrait pas \u00eatre le seul objectif et aussi purement un objectif en soi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;engagement doit toujours \u00eatre align\u00e9 sur les objectifs de l&#039;entreprise. N\u00e9anmoins, amusez-vous tout en poursuivant ces objectifs en gardant \u00e0 l&#039;esprit que des performances constantes garantissent la durabilit\u00e9.
