Les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe qui vont travailler uniquement dans le but de gagner un salaire ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9motiv\u00e9s et \u00e0 agir lentement ou \u00e0 ne rien faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque de vrais leaders et des gestionnaires solides engagent les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe, ils feraient bien de se rappeler que le niveau d&#039;inspiration de leurs coll\u00e8gues membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe est leur responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Faire en sorte que votre \u00e9quipe aspire \u00e0 la mer lointaine et sans fin&quot; signifie &quot;vendre&quot; la vision convaincante et inspirante de l&#039;entreprise aux membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe et obtenir leur plein engagement. Une fois que les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe ont pleinement adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la vision de l&#039;entreprise pour atteindre d&#039;autres objectifs, les OKR et les KPI deviennent relativement plus simples. Le caract\u00e8re est le contraire de l&#039;image \u2013 L&#039;image est ce que nous voulons que les gens pensent de nous ; le caract\u00e8re est qui nous sommes vraiment. Lorsque les dirigeants agissent avec courage, d\u00e9termination, comp\u00e9tence et int\u00e9grit\u00e9, ils favorisent la confiance entre les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe. Lorsque ces actions sont coh\u00e9rentes, une confiance totale peut \u00eatre obtenue de toutes les parties prenantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les objectifs strat\u00e9giques sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9quipe, celle-ci \u00ab filtre \u00bb l&#039;information selon son niveau de confiance dans le leadership, selon ses \u00e9motions, ses croyances et ses peurs. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un leadership proactif pour s&#039;assurer que tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments ci-dessus sont syst\u00e9matiquement pris en compte gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des comportements de leadership, \u00e0 l&#039;encadrement et \u00e0 une communication int\u00e8gre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec des efforts \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 ou des engagements sans enthousiasme, tr\u00e8s peu de choses peuvent \u00eatre accomplies. Les dirigeants doivent \u00eatre l&#039;exemple vivant d&#039;un engagement total \u00e0 atteindre les OKR et d&#039;autres objectifs macro ou micro pertinents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;apathie (ne pas se soucier) est le contraire de l&#039;engagement et le simple fait d&#039;\u00eatre activement impliqu\u00e9 ne garantit pas non plus d&#039;excellentes performances. Seul un v\u00e9ritable engagement dans lequel toutes les ressources sont appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 leur force positive maximale pour atteindre les OKR g\u00e9n\u00e8re un degr\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 de certitude de performance durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-executive-summary\"><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un travail inspir\u00e9 et ax\u00e9 sur un objectif forme une combinaison puissante pour obtenir d&#039;excellents r\u00e9sultats OKR. Un excellent leadership en gestion est une condition essentielle pour atteindre les r\u00e9sultats susmentionn\u00e9s.
