L&#039;utilisation efficace du principe de Pareto peut consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9liorer les performances de l&#039;OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Recherche de pannes au lieu d&#039;une r\u00e9flexion ax\u00e9e sur les solutions<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les neurosciences, l&#039;\u00eatre humain moyen a plus de 70 000 pens\u00e9es par jour dont plus de 70% sont n\u00e9gatives. En cons\u00e9quence, c&#039;est une tendance humaine naturelle \u00e0 se concentrer sur la recherche de fautes, ce qui n&#039;est pas n\u00e9cessairement toujours une mauvaise chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tant que la culture de votre entreprise est d&#039;une nature telle que les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe sont \u00e0 la fois encourag\u00e9s et influenc\u00e9s pour trouver des solutions et les mettre en \u0153uvre avec succ\u00e8s, alors \u00abla recherche de pannes est en fait un \u00e9l\u00e9ment positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La recherche de pannes sans l&#039;application imm\u00e9diate de solutions potentielles cr\u00e9e une spirale n\u00e9gative et cause des dommages irr\u00e9parables \u00e0 la culture d&#039;entreprise au fil du temps.
