class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Un changement de paradigme, passant du choix des profits aux d\u00e9pens des personnes \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 la fois de profits et d&#039;une culture de travail engag\u00e9e et inspirante, est n\u00e9cessaire pour un avenir commercial durable. Les cadres OKR sont d&#039;excellents catalyseurs pour g\u00e9rer ce changement de paradigme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Le seul objectif de certaines entreprises est le profit. Cet \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit existe aux d\u00e9pens des gens et non au profit des gens. D&#039;un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, il suffit d&#039;une logique de base pour comprendre que sans b\u00e9n\u00e9fices d\u00e9cents et soutenus, votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 embaucher plus de personnes et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&#039;exp\u00e9rience de travail et la vie de votre main-d&#039;\u0153uvre actuelle est gravement compromise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp; People vs Profit \u2013 Une approche \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce sont apr\u00e8s tout les personnes qui ex\u00e9cutent leurs comp\u00e9tences qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des profits. Par cons\u00e9quent, le d\u00e9bat devrait \u00eatre renomm\u00e9 de People vs Profit \u00e0 People and Profits afin de d\u00e9placer l&#039;accent du choix de l&#039;un au d\u00e9triment de l&#039;autre vers l&#039;int\u00e9gration des deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments pour le plus grand bien de tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De profonds aspects positifs d\u00e9coulent du changement de paradigme qui consiste \u00e0 croire qu&#039;il faut choisir l&#039;un plut\u00f4t qu&#039;un autre pour comprendre que les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, les carri\u00e8res \u00e9panouissantes et les entreprises peuvent \u00eatre une exp\u00e9rience int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personnes et profit - Pragmatisme<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parler et r\u00eaver de cette \u00ab utopie \u00bb d&#039;une entreprise o\u00f9 tous sont engag\u00e9s, heureux, \u00e9quitablement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s et o\u00f9 l&#039;entreprise conna\u00eet une croissance formidable et durable est tr\u00e8s facile. Faire de ce r\u00eave une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est une autre affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous devons tenir compte de l&#039;inclusivit\u00e9, de la diversit\u00e9, des cheminements de carri\u00e8re, du bien-\u00eatre mental, de l&#039;impact environnemental, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, etc. dans le contexte des m\u00e9canismes de capital, des cadres juridiques, des forces externes du march\u00e9 et de l&#039;environnement mondial instable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est tout simplement normal de se sentir submerg\u00e9 par la contemplation de tout ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personnes et profit \u2013 Un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le paradigme des personnes et des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices que nous explorons est un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Certains dirigeants voient \u00ab\u00a0une pi\u00e8ce du puzzle comme le puzzle\u00a0\u00bb et pensent, par exemple, que les affaires ne concernent que les ventes \u00e0 marges \u00e9lev\u00e9es ou les ventes volumineuses \u00e0 faibles marges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9ployer des efforts consid\u00e9rables pour embaucher les bonnes personnes (personnes int\u00e8gres, ayant la bonne attitude, etc.), cr\u00e9er une culture dans laquelle votre ou vos \u00e9quipes peuvent s&#039;\u00e9panouir, adopter des initiatives de changement utiles, un leadership serviteur, favoriser la collaboration et un syst\u00e8me de valeurs partag\u00e9es, fournir un soutien coaching, excellence produit\/service, strat\u00e9gie et ex\u00e9cution sont pour n&#039;en nommer que quelques-uns, faisant partie de cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. Rendre l&#039;exp\u00e9rience d&#039;int\u00e9gration inspirante et efficace en termes de coaching et de soutien peut aider \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une main-d&#039;\u0153uvre motiv\u00e9e qui
