class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le r\u00f4le des valeurs dans la r\u00e9alisation de l&#039;OKRS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les objectifs strat\u00e9giques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 atteints mais que le syst\u00e8me de valeurs de votre entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 compromis, les cons\u00e9quences probables sont des gains \u00e0 court terme. Pourtant, des complications graves \u00e0 long terme sont susceptibles de suivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disons pour l&#039;amour de l&#039;argumentation que l&#039;\u00e9quipe de vente d&#039;une entreprise r\u00e9alise un chiffre d&#039;affaires et un chiffre d&#039;affaires tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s. En m\u00eame temps, ils ont compromis leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9 en raison d&#039;une attitude de \u00ab\u00a0gagner \u00e0 tout prix\u00a0\u00bb. Ils peuvent d&#039;abord \u00eatre lou\u00e9s et m\u00eame r\u00e9compens\u00e9s. En fin de compte, lorsque leur comportement contraire \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9thique est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9, la r\u00e9putation des individus et de l&#039;entreprise est ternie. Les pertes financi\u00e8res suivent souvent les atteintes \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9TUDE DE CAS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;exemple suivant souligne l&#039;importance d&#039;int\u00e9grer OKRS \u00e0 tous les objectifs strat\u00e9giques de l&#039;entreprise ainsi qu&#039;aux KPI individuels de tous les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe. Si, par exemple, la valeur d&#039;une entreprise est l&#039;int\u00e9grit\u00e9, toutes les actions doivent \u00eatre \u00abfiltr\u00e9es\u00bb par cette valeur et doivent \u00eatre le test d\u00e9cisif de tous les comportements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jack Ma a d\u00e9j\u00e0 licenci\u00e9 l&#039;un de ses meilleurs vendeurs en public pour avoir fait preuve d&#039;un manque constant d&#039;int\u00e9grit\u00e9. Les valeurs doivent en effet \u00eatre non n\u00e9gociables d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de leur cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Voici des facteurs tr\u00e8s critiques en ce qui concerne les syst\u00e8mes de valeurs de l&#039;entreprise\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ils doivent \u00eatre co-cr\u00e9\u00e9s par toutes les parties prenantes concern\u00e9es pour \u00eatre vraiment respect\u00e9s<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le syst\u00e8me de valeurs de l&#039;entreprise doit faire partie int\u00e9grante des syst\u00e8mes d&#039;int\u00e9gration, de formation, de d\u00e9veloppement et de r\u00e9compense de l&#039;entreprise.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les valeurs de l&#039;entreprise doivent passer par toutes les formes de communication pour s&#039;int\u00e9grer pleinement et durablement dans la culture d&#039;entreprise.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La meilleure approche pour int\u00e9grer des valeurs dans une culture d&#039;entreprise est une approche pragmatique. Les valeurs doivent \u00eatre clairement d\u00e9finies et traduites en actions pratiques au sein de chaque r\u00f4le.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les valeurs devraient m\u00eame faire partie des descriptions de poste et devraient \u00e9galement figurer dans les contrats de travail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les valeurs sont simplement transmises par la direction de l&#039;entreprise, il devient tr\u00e8s difficile pour les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe de s&#039;approprier les valeurs car ils n&#039;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9s en la mati\u00e8re, mais ils ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre jug\u00e9s par ces m\u00eames valeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe n&#039;ont naturellement tendance \u00e0 prendre au s\u00e9rieux un syst\u00e8me de valeurs que lorsqu&#039;ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9s dans sa cr\u00e9ation, lorsqu&#039;on leur rappelle constamment les valeurs de l&#039;entreprise de mani\u00e8re positive et lorsqu&#039;ils r\u00e9alisent qu&#039;il s&#039;agit de normes de comportement non n\u00e9gociables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fa\u00e7on pragmatique mais relativement unique d&#039;envisager un syst\u00e8me de valeurs consiste \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tiqueter comme des normes de comportement auxquelles toutes les parties prenantes sont tenues responsables. Ces normes de comportement doivent \u00eatre align\u00e9es sur la vision, les buts et les objectifs de l&#039;entreprise. Cela signifie simplement que ces comportements, lorsqu&#039;ils sont appliqu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente, devraient conduire \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat final positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#039;application des syst\u00e8mes de valeurs<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les valeurs doivent faire partie des \u00e9valuations par les pairs, des boucles de r\u00e9troaction, des r\u00e9unions et des syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9compense. Les valeurs, dans une certaine mesure, peuvent servir de pont entre l&#039;\u00e9tablissement d&#039;objectifs et leur r\u00e9alisation -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disons que \u00ab l&#039;apprentissage continu \u00bb est une valeur de l&#039;entreprise. Lorsque tous les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe adh\u00e8rent pleinement \u00e0 cette valeur, perfectionnent continuellement leurs comp\u00e9tences techniques et non techniques et m\u00eame apprennent et s&#039;adaptent \u00e0 partir des \u00e9checs, ils ont pris des mesures claires et positives pour atteindre les objectifs de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width
