C&#039;est une perspective tr\u00e8s excitante de construire une entreprise \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro en une entit\u00e9 rentable et significative. R\u00e9soudre certains des probl\u00e8mes du monde est un objectif valable, en effet, et peut apporter une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 des masses de personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;effort ci-dessus ne vient pas sans une multitude de d\u00e9fis. Rappelez-vous que ce n&#039;est qu&#039;en agissant que nous atteindrons nos objectifs et ferons de notre cadre OKR un outil pr\u00e9cieux pour assurer un succ\u00e8s durable \u00e0 notre entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les r\u00e9unions peuvent \u00eatre essentielles et efficaces, mais c&#039;est \u00e0 nous de les faire en sorte qu&#039;elles le soient.
