BSC est apparu sur la sc\u00e8ne de la structure administrative essentielle au milieu des ann\u00e9es 90, des ann\u00e9es et des ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s qu&#039;Andy Grove ait aid\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tablir Intel et envoy\u00e9 le cadre avanc\u00e9 OKR. Les deux essaient de transmettre ce qu&#039;un groupe ou une association tente d&#039;accomplir, d&#039;adapter ce travail minist\u00e9riel au syst\u00e8me et de mesurer toutes les avanc\u00e9es essentielles encore en suspens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diff\u00e9renciation entre les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s avec Balanced ScoreCard\u00a0:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR (Objectives and Key Results) et BSC (Balance Scorecard) sont des outils pour aider les organisations \u00e0 atteindre les buts ou objectifs attendus\u00a0; la seule diff\u00e9rence est l&#039;approche. Le processus BSC part de la vision et de la mission, puis devient un objectif \u00e0 long terme \u00e0 atteindre quantitativement, puis r\u00e9duit \u00e0 un objectif \u00e0 court terme (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un an), et d\u00e9termin\u00e9 dans quatre perspectives du Balanced Scorecard. Cet objectif annuel devient l&#039;objectif KPI (Key Performance Indicator) de l&#039;entreprise. Ensuite, il est r\u00e9duit \u00e0 KPI pour les divisions et d\u00e9partements en dessous, jusqu&#039;au niveau individuel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Premi\u00e8rement, OKR et BSC diff\u00e8rent dans leur vision de l&#039;horizon temporel. Lors de la conception du syst\u00e8me Balanced Scorecard dans une organisation, notre horizon regarde au moins un an dans le futur. Alors que OKR, nous nous concentrons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sur les priorit\u00e9s de travail pour les trois prochains mois (1 trimestre). Ils ont d\u00e9crit quatre perspectives du Balanced Scorecard. Cet objectif annuel devient l&#039;objectif KPI (Key Performance Indicator) de l&#039;entreprise. Ensuite, il est r\u00e9duit \u00e0 KPI pour les divisions et d\u00e9partements en dessous, jusqu&#039;au niveau individuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>*Mettre des liens vers un article qui parle de KPI*<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps, OKR examine les objectifs ou les cibles que l&#039;entreprise souhaite atteindre au cours des 90 prochains jours (trois mois). Nous d\u00e9terminons les plans (objectifs) et d\u00e9cidons ensuite comment les mesurer si nous atteignons ces objectifs. Dans OKR, cela s&#039;appelle des r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, qui correspondent \u00e0 la taille (m\u00e9trique) des objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR est devenu tr\u00e8s populaire, en particulier dans les startups, car son objectif \u00e0 court terme de trois mois est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;environnement dynamique et en \u00e9volution rapide d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui. Les gens disent l&#039;\u00e8re du VUCA (volatilit\u00e9, incertitude, complexit\u00e9 et ambigu\u00eft\u00e9). Cet OKR aide les entreprises \u00e0 devenir plus agiles ou agiles pour faire face aux changements qui se produisent autour d&#039;elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avantages et inconv\u00e9nients de combiner OKR et BSC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les avantages de l&#039;utilisation des OKR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>OKR est une interaction de base et lat\u00e9rale. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, le processus d&#039;\u00e9tablissement d&#039;objectifs d\u00e9borde en commen\u00e7ant par le haut, l&#039;initiative fixant des objectifs pour les superviseurs et les administrateurs fixant des objectifs pour leurs groupes. Avec les OKR, les individus ont plus de possibilit\u00e9s de planifier leurs notes et leurs r\u00e9sultats qui alimentent les objectifs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de l&#039;association. Lorsque chaque travailleur est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re la plus courante de fixer des objectifs et des r\u00e9sultats critiques, il est consid\u00e9rablement plus impliqu\u00e9 et a plus de responsabilit\u00e9 par rapport aux objectifs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Il y a des inconv\u00e9nients \u00e0 utiliser les OKR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Il se concentre sur les OKR. N\u00e9anmoins, il y a aussi quelques pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 conna\u00eetre : Le lien g\u00e9n\u00e9ral entre les OKR n&#039;est pas \u00e9vident. Les OKR doivent \u00eatre simples, les OKR de tout le monde \u00e9tant visibles pour toute autre personne. C&#039;est parfait, mais il n&#039;est pas garanti de signaler le lien entre les diff\u00e9rentes cibles et comment un objectif pourrait prendre soin d&#039;un autre. Les OKR ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement qu&#039;un aper\u00e7u clair. Cependant, cela veut vraiment une approche de carte technique. Un guide visuel des objectifs montre, en un coup d&#039;\u0153il, la connexion entre les cibles - et assure que tout le monde se d\u00e9place dans la m\u00eame direction.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les avantages et les inconv\u00e9nients de l&#039;utilisation de BSC sont pour,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Il donne aux repr\u00e9sentants des objectifs clairs \u00e0 retenir tout en r\u00e9duisant les mesures. Aide les travailleurs \u00e0 atteindre des objectifs cl\u00e9s distincts. Permet aux repr\u00e9sentants d&#039;autant plus de comprendre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels qui n\u00e9cessitent des travaux. Il permet aux repr\u00e9sentants de percevoir ce que les objectifs signifient les uns pour les autres. Pendant ce temps, de l&#039;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, BSC a besoin d&#039;une entreprise critique. BSC est un long terme par opposition \u00e0 un arrangement temporaire. La nouvelle \u00e9difiante \u00e9tait que les utilisateurs de Balanced Scorecard \u00e9taient fondamentalement sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 l&#039;association typique en faisant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cela. Les OKR ont pris des normes similaires que nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9es dans le Balanced Scorecard et les ont modernis\u00e9es. Nous pouvons maintenant signaler les niveaux de groupe et individuel. Les entreprises utilisant le cadre du tableau de bord prospectif peuvent constater que l&#039;introduction d&#039;OKR augmentera la vitesse de leurs op\u00e9rations et am\u00e9liorera la fa\u00e7on dont les employ\u00e9s transforment les objectifs strat\u00e9giques r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s dans le tableau de bord prospectif et les cartes strat\u00e9giques en r\u00e9sultats (r\u00e9sultats).
