class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Termes OKR et KPI qui ne sont pas \u00e9trangers \u00e0 la main-d&#039;\u0153uvre. Les deux servent de mesure du syst\u00e8me de performance cible d&#039;un employ\u00e9 ou d&#039;une \u00e9quipe. Habituellement, ces OKR et KPI sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s par la direction d&#039;une entreprise sp\u00e9cifique, telle que le d\u00e9partement principal, le responsable ou le DRH. OKR signifie Objectifs et R\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9. OKR fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 des buts (objectifs) rendus aussi descriptifs, r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s et aussi stimulants que possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;objectif de l&#039;entreprise en utilisant OKR est de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux priorit\u00e9s et aux capacit\u00e9s des travailleurs, ce qui aura un impact sur les r\u00e9sultats. KPI signifie Key Performance Indicators, qui sont des valeurs mesurables qui d\u00e9terminent l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s et des \u00e9quipes dans le travail cibl\u00e9. De plus, des strat\u00e9gies, des cibles et des objectifs sont construits pour voir le d\u00e9veloppement des affaires dans l&#039;entreprise o\u00f9 les employ\u00e9s travaillent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9finir l&#039;existence des OKR et des KPI dans la dynamisation du syst\u00e8me de l&#039;entreprise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une autre diff\u00e9rence concerne la fr\u00e9quence de soumission et de communication des donn\u00e9es. Chaque KPI a une fr\u00e9quence diff\u00e9rente et est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus longue, par exemple, un trimestre et plus souvent annuellement. La fr\u00e9quence de l&#039;OKR peut \u00eatre hebdomadaire, mensuelle \u00e0 trimestrielle, donc le temps est plus court que le KPI. Les objectifs sont \u00e9crits s\u00e9par\u00e9ment dans les KPI, tandis que dans OKR, les notes ou les d\u00e9lais sont enregistr\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, le syst\u00e8me KPI est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des bonus, alors que dans OKR, il n&#039;est pas 100% associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des r\u00e9compenses. Il est recommand\u00e9 de ne pas \u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des bonus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps, KPI utilise une approche descendante d\u00e9riv\u00e9e du niveau ci-dessus dans sa pr\u00e9paration. Pendant ce temps, OKR utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une approche ascendante ou lat\u00e9rale, \u00e0 savoir la contribution du niveau inf\u00e9rieur, ou cela peut provenir du c\u00f4t\u00e9, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire la collaboration d&#039;autres unit\u00e9s. Dans OKR, il n&#039;a pas besoin d&#039;\u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et sa r\u00e9alisation \u00e0 60-70% est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme bonne.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En renfor\u00e7ant compl\u00e8tement le syst\u00e8me en mettant en \u0153uvre les OKR, il y a une option que nous cherchons \u00e0 atteindre\u00a0: la premi\u00e8re option, mettre en \u0153uvre le syst\u00e8me OKR dans son ensemble et l&#039;ancien syst\u00e8me utilis\u00e9. Les options ici conviennent aux startups qui n&#039;ont pas encore de plan ou aux entreprises qui estiment que le syst\u00e8me KPI utilis\u00e9 est inefficace pour am\u00e9liorer leurs performances. Alors, utilisez le syst\u00e8me OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La deuxi\u00e8me option consiste \u00e0 transformer les KPI pertinents en OKR. L&#039;OKR est donc structur\u00e9 sur la base des KPI actuellement existants. Le r\u00e9sultat utilise un seul syst\u00e8me, \u00e0 savoir OKR. Habituellement, au cours du processus de transformation, le KPI deviendra un OKR de type op\u00e9rationnel, puis ajoutera un OKR aspirationnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utiliser le GPS et les mesures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple, les m\u00e9triques en question sont un indicateur de vitesse pour mesurer la vitesse de la voiture de quelqu&#039;un et certaines m\u00e9triques indiquant la quantit\u00e9 d&#039;essence disponible. Cette personne doit \u00e9galement faire attention aux mesures sur le tableau de bord de sa voiture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si quelqu&#039;un veut atteindre sa destination rapidement, que se passe-t-il s&#039;il ignore la m\u00e9trique de gaz \u00e9puis\u00e9\u00a0? Pendant ce temps, KPI est un outil pour v\u00e9rifier si nous et les choses n\u00e9cessaires pour atteindre cet objectif vont bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Similitudes OKR et KPI&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR repr\u00e9sente les choix des entreprises en mati\u00e8re d&#039;allocation de temps et d&#039;\u00e9nergie et facilite la coordination d&#039;une action individuelle, d&#039;\u00e9quipe et d\u00e9partementale pour atteindre les objectifs \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle de l&#039;entreprise. Ces deux cadres sont compl\u00e9mentaires. OKR et KPI ont quelque chose en commun. La similitude dans la lettre &quot;K&quot; est la cl\u00e9. Les cl\u00e9s dans OKR et KPI indiquent des indicateurs mesurables et hi\u00e9rarchisent les parties sur lesquelles se concentrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;utilisation des OKR et des KPI offre des avantages dans leur mise en \u0153uvre. Avec OKR, voici les avantages de sa mise en \u0153uvre\u00a0:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Peut augmenter l&#039;engagement lorsqu&#039;une personne souhaite atteindre les objectifs de l&#039;entreprise tout en ayant un impact positif sur les employ\u00e9s<\/li><li>Capable de relier les objectifs de l&#039;entreprise, les individus et les \u00e9quipes en travaillant ensemble pour atteindre le m\u00eame objectif<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela permet \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9quipe de rejeter plus facilement une id\u00e9e.
