OKR est con\u00e7u pour aider les organisations \u00e0 fixer des objectifs \u00e0 long terme en jours plut\u00f4t qu&#039;en mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nature des OKR est \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rente. L&#039;OKR a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s mesurables, flexibles, transparentes et ambitieuses. Le framework SCRUM est l\u00e9ger et agile, ce qui le rend adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution rapide de probl\u00e8mes. Le principal point focal de SCRUM met l&#039;accent sur le cadre de processus et non sur les m\u00e9thodes. SCRUM g\u00e8re les entreprises quotidiennes qui nous aident \u00e0 nous rapprocher de notre objectif. L&#039;utilisation des OKR pour terminer Scrum nous aide \u00e0 choisir les fonctionnalit\u00e9s \u00e0 cr\u00e9er lorsque nous nous concentrons sur les faits saillants que nous faisons. Nous utilisons des mesures \u00e9motionnelles. OKR peut former un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit dans les rituels de notre syst\u00e8me de travail quotidien. Donc, si je peux d\u00e9finir OKR comme une m\u00e9thode syst\u00e9matique utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer des objectifs (fixation d&#039;objectifs) et comment mesurer la r\u00e9alisation de ces objectifs. OKR aidera \u00e0 cibler les priorit\u00e9s de travail n\u00e9cessaires pour atteindre ces objectifs et comment les activit\u00e9s rituelles sont effectu\u00e9es pour surveiller l&#039;ex\u00e9cution du plan d&#039;action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>La partie la plus importante n&#039;est pas seulement de faire l&#039;OKR. C&#039;est l&#039;ex\u00e9cution et le suivi de l&#039;OKR. C&#039;est comme si ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas un sprint mais un marathon.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or, les processus SCRUM limitent l&#039;ind\u00e9pendance puisqu&#039;ils s&#039;articulent autour de la capacit\u00e9 du groupe \u00e0 v\u00e9hiculer l&#039;utilit\u00e9 voulue par le client. Lorsque OKR est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de SCRUM, l&#039;accent est mis sur la satisfaction des fonctionnalit\u00e9s caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es dans les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, en commen\u00e7ant par les fonctionnalit\u00e9s d\u00e9finies par le client. Les OKR aident les groupes \u00e0 articuler les objectifs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux d&#039;une association ou d&#039;un groupe. Scrum \u00e9quipe les groupes d&#039;une interaction pour donner suite \u00e0 des entreprises complexes.
