Niveaux\u00a0: \u00e0 quel niveau d\u00e9finirons-nous les OKR\u00a0?<br>Vous commencez g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au niveau de l&#039;entreprise et configurez les OKR de l&#039;entreprise. \u00c0 ce niveau, vos OKR doivent \u00eatre fortement inform\u00e9s par votre strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 long terme pour l&#039;organisation. Lorsque vous avez des objectifs \u00e0 long terme qui s&#039;\u00e9tendent sur une ann\u00e9e, vous devez choisir d&#039;utiliser des OKR au niveau de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Num\u00e9ro<\/strong>\u00a0: Combien d&#039;OKR allons-nous d\u00e9finir\u00a0?<br>Nous recommandons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de d\u00e9finir un&nbsp;<strong>maximum de 3 \u00e0 5 OKR par \u00e9quipe et par trimestre<\/strong>. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un maximum, pas d&#039;un minimum\u00a0; il est parfaitement appropri\u00e9 de n&#039;avoir que 1 \u00e0 2\u00a0OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Notation<\/strong>\u00a0: Comment allons-nous marquer les OKR\u00a0?<br>Chez Google, les OKR sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement&nbsp;<strong>not\u00e9 sur une \u00e9chelle de 0,0 \u00e0 1,0, 1,0<\/strong>&nbsp;ce qui signifie que l&#039;objectif a \u00e9t\u00e9 pleinement atteint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. <strong>Temps d&#039;un cycle<\/strong>\u00a0: Combien de temps dure un cycle d&#039;OKR\u00a0?<br>Nous avons utilis\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>3 mois<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. <strong>OKR vs KPI<\/strong>: Comment diff\u00e9rencier les OKR des KPI ?<br>Cependant, lorsqu&#039;il s&#039;agit de g\u00e9rer votre entreprise, il ne suffit pas d&#039;avoir d&#039;excellents KPI identifi\u00e9s en soi.
