des OKR dans votre entreprise. En supposant que vous avez suivi une formation (ou effectu\u00e9 vos recherches) et que tout le monde comprend et est d&#039;accord pour les OKR, choisissez tr\u00e8s soigneusement votre approche du premier cycle d&#039;OKR. La premi\u00e8re fois que vous essayez un cycle d&#039;OKR, vous risquez d&#039;\u00e9chouer. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une situation dangereuse, car votre \u00e9quipe peut \u00eatre d\u00e9sillusionn\u00e9e par l&#039;approche et ne pas vouloir les entreprendre \u00e0 nouveau. Vous ne voulez pas perdre un outil puissant simplement parce qu&#039;il faut un peu de temps pour le ma\u00eetriser. Il existe trois approches que vous utiliserez pour r\u00e9duire ce risque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Demandez \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe d&#039;adopter les OKR avant toute l&#039;entreprise.<\/strong> Choisissez une \u00e9quipe ind\u00e9pendante qui a tous les talents pour r\u00e9aliser ses objectifs. Ne choisissez pas une \u00e9quipe bris\u00e9e; choisissez une \u00e9quipe saine et performante qui aime l&#039;am\u00e9lioration continue. Attendez un cycle ou deux jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;ils perfectionnent leur approche, puis annoncez leur succ\u00e8s. Les \u00e9quipes seront impatientes de conna\u00eetre le m\u00eame type de succ\u00e8s et d&#039;\u00e9loges et seront plus dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 adopter les OKR. Au fil des ans, cela s&#039;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre l&#039;approche la plus efficace pour adopter les OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Commencez avec un seul OKR pour toute l&#039;entreprise.<\/strong> En fixant un objectif facile pour l&#039;entreprise, votre \u00e9quipe voit l&#039;\u00e9quipe en chef se tenir \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9. Il ne sera pas surpris quand le trimestre prochain on leur demandera d&#039;essayer un \u00e9quivalent. Et en ne le mettant pas en cascade, vous simplifiez \u00e0 la fois la mise en \u0153uvre et voyez quel groupe alignera son travail sur l&#039;OKR et qui aura besoin d&#039;encadrement. C&#039;est une bonne approche si vous \u00eates une entreprise relativement petite qui a besoin de se concentrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Commencez par appliquer les OKR aux projets, afin de former les gens \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat d&#039;esprit Objectif-R\u00e9sultat.<\/strong> Chaque fois que vous avez une proposition de projet, demandez \u00ab\u00a0Quel est l&#039;objectif de ce projet\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb \u00bb et \u00ab Comment saurons-nous tous si nous avons r\u00e9ussi ? Cette approche fonctionne bien avec les entreprises qui ne sont pas habitu\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00eatre ax\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es. Une fois que les gens ont appris \u00e0 \u00e9valuer leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes en mesurant leur impact, vous pouvez alors introduire les OKR comme un moyen de piloter la strat\u00e9gie dans toute l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En commen\u00e7ant petit et en vous concentrant sur l&#039;apprentissage du fonctionnement des OKR dans votre organisation, vous augmentez les chances que votre entreprise adopte une approche bas\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9sultats et r\u00e9duisez le danger d&#039;une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9sabus\u00e9e. N&#039;essayez pas de mettre en \u0153uvre les OKR dans toute l&#039;entreprise en une seule fois. Au cours des six derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00e0 aider les entreprises \u00e0 adopter les OKR, je continue \u00e0 entendre la m\u00eame histoire. Je d\u00e9croche le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et j&#039;entends : \u00ab Nous avons essay\u00e9 les OKR et \u00e7a s&#039;est mal pass\u00e9. Les \u00e9quipes ne veulent plus les utiliser. Je l&#039;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit, les OKR sont simples et difficiles. Courir un marathon est aussi simple et difficile. Vous n&#039;essayez pas de le faire en une seule fois. Vous vous y pr\u00e9parez. Les entreprises essaient de se lancer dans les profondeurs du pool avec les OKR. Ensuite, cela ralentit la productivit\u00e9 et frustre toute l&#039;entreprise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de commencer avec un petit projet pilote et d&#039;\u00e9viter certains de ces probl\u00e8mes\u00a0: les \u00e9quipes d&#039;assistance ont du mal \u00e0 s&#039;aligner sur les OKR de l&#039;entreprise. Cela a du sens, car les finances, les RH et le support client sont beaucoup plus soucieux de garder les lumi\u00e8res allum\u00e9es. Dans les premiers mois du passage aux OKR, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de laisser les \u00e9quipes d&#039;assistance se concentrer sur les indicateurs de sant\u00e9 et de ne pas se soucier des OKR. Il est difficile de d\u00e9terminer quels r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s sont de bons indicateurs de r\u00e9ussite. De nombreuses entreprises souhaitent utiliser les OKR pour mieux s&#039;informer sur les donn\u00e9es, mais c&#039;est en arri\u00e8re. Vous devez apprendre quelles mesures sont importantes avant de d\u00e9cider celles que vous souhaitez d\u00e9velopper et celles que vous souhaitez prot\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nombreuses entreprises qui adoptent les OKR veulent les essayer parfaitement. Mais la perfection est une illusion qui vous emp\u00eache d&#039;atteindre un point de d\u00e9part simple \u00e0 partir duquel vous pouvez grandir. Demandez-vous\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Quelle est la plus petite ligne de d\u00e9part possible pour commencer mon voyage vers le succ\u00e8s\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb Ensuite, faites-le, apprenez de l&#039;exp\u00e9rience et consultez les \u00e9tapes suivantes.
