href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/fr\/the-5-characteristics-of-a-good-okrs-objective\/\">5 caract\u00e9ristiques d&#039;un bon OKR<\/a> r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9. D\u00e9couvrons les 5 aspects d&#039;un bien&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/fr\/what-is-okr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OKR<\/a>. Vos OKR existants refl\u00e8tent-ils tous les points ci-dessous\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-measurable\">1. Mesurable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant tout, les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre mesurables. Chaque r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 doit pouvoir mesurer les progr\u00e8s et le succ\u00e8s de l&#039;\u00e9quipe. L&#039;avancement du r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 doit avoir une valeur unitaire quantitative pour permettre son calcul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-clear\">2. Effacer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre clairs et facilement communiqu\u00e9s. Vous devez d\u00e9finir clairement la valeur initiale et la valeur cible pour mesurer la progression du r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-connected\">3. Connect\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 doit \u00eatre li\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re transparente \u00e0 l&#039;objectif. Le r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 ne peut exister seul sans \u00eatre li\u00e9 \u00e0 un objectif. La r\u00e9alisation de chaque r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 d\u00e9termine la r\u00e9ussite de tout objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-time-bound\">4. Limit\u00e9 dans le temps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 doit \u00eatre limit\u00e9 dans le temps avec l&#039;heure de d\u00e9but et de fin de toutes les activit\u00e9s du r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9. Les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe doivent terminer toutes les activit\u00e9s du r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9lai d\u00e9fini pour qu&#039;ils soient pris en compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-challenging\">5. Difficile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 doit \u00eatre difficile pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la nature des objectifs difficiles de l&#039;OKR. Il y a de fortes chances que l&#039;organisation n&#039;atteigne pas les objectifs souhait\u00e9s si le r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 n&#039;est pas aussi difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque fois que vous avez termin\u00e9 de r\u00e9diger vos r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, assurez-vous qu&#039;ils r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 ces cinq caract\u00e9ristiques. Pour avoir de bons OKR globaux, vous devez avoir un ensemble d&#039;objectifs de biens associ\u00e9s \u00e0 de bons r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s. Une fois que vous avez \u00e9crit ces bons objectifs et r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, il est temps de commencer \u00e0 travailler et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre ces OKR\u00a0!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
