commencer par \u00e9crire un ensemble de vos <a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/fr\/what-is-okr\/\">Objectifs<\/a>. Ce sont les 5 caract\u00e9ristiques que vous devez rechercher lors de la r\u00e9daction de vos objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-give-direction\">1. Donner des directives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un objectif doit \u00eatre coh\u00e9rent avec l&#039;orientation de l&#039;entreprise et l&#039;aider \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser sa vision. Si vous pouvez atteindre cet objectif, quel sera l&#039;avantage pour l&#039;entreprise\u00a0? Ou si vous ne le faites pas, l&#039;entreprise perd-elle des opportunit\u00e9s dans n&#039;importe quel domaine ou est-elle incapable de se d\u00e9velopper\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-very-clear\">2. Tr\u00e8s clair<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objectifs doivent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s clairs, sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 et compr\u00e9hensibles dans toute l&#039;entreprise. Tout le monde dans l&#039;entreprise doit avoir la m\u00eame compr\u00e9hension de la finalit\u00e9 de l&#039;Objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-bring-positive-change\">3. Apportez un changement positif<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objectifs doivent cr\u00e9er un changement positif dans l&#039;entreprise, de l&#039;ancienne condition \u00e0 la nouvelle et meilleure forme. Le travail de routine quotidien ne peut pas \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un objectif dans les OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-challenging\">4. Difficile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objectifs doivent \u00eatre stimulants. Cela aide \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un bond en avant dans l&#039;entreprise. Il pousse les gens de l&#039;entreprise \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leur v\u00e9ritable potentiel. Si les employ\u00e9s peuvent facilement atteindre les objectifs, cela ne les mettra pas au d\u00e9fi d&#039;am\u00e9liorer leurs performances, de grandir et d&#039;en faire plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-inspiring\">5. Inspirant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les objectifs doivent inspirer les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 accomplir davantage. Un bon objectif leur permet de voir l&#039;effet dominos tout au long de la progression, ce qui les rend tr\u00e8s fiers de contribuer aux r\u00e9sultats des objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous n&#039;avez g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que 3 \u00e0 4 objectifs par trimestre, alors assurez-vous que tous vos objectifs ont ces caract\u00e9ristiques pour que votre OKR global soit \u00e9galement bon. Ensuite, vous pouvez v\u00e9rifier <a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/fr\/the-5-characteristics-of-a-good-okr-key-result\/\">les caract\u00e9ristiques des bons r\u00e9sultats
