class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;un des changements les plus importants impos\u00e9s par la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 a \u00e9t\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les plans d&#039;affaires et la strat\u00e9gie dans toutes les industries. L&#039;objectif \u00e0 long terme s&#039;est rapidement raccourci \u00e0 l&#039;objectif \u00e0 moyen terme et m\u00eame vers le court terme. Ce qui devait \u00eatre achev\u00e9 au fil des ans se fait en quelques mois, parfois m\u00eame en semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, cette augmentation de la vitesse est un probl\u00e8me car les m\u00e9thodologies d&#039;ex\u00e9cution traditionnelles fonctionnent avec des ajustements de trajectoire et une fr\u00e9quence de surveillance mensuelle. Chaque mois, les indicateurs strat\u00e9giques sont mis \u00e0 jour et sur la base des valeurs report\u00e9es, les managers \u00e9valuent la performance de ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 concernant les objectifs mensuels et les objectifs cumul\u00e9s. Les managers prennent les actions n\u00e9cessaires pour des corrections de cap vers les r\u00e9sultats attendus pour l&#039;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les entreprises technologiques de la Silicon Valley ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les pionni\u00e8res de l&#039;OKR, une solution au probl\u00e8me d\u00e9crit ci-dessus. La m\u00e9thodologie OKR cr\u00e9\u00e9e chez Intel et Google est devenue c\u00e9l\u00e8bre et est aujourd&#039;hui largement utilis\u00e9e par les entreprises de tous les secteurs de l&#039;\u00e9conomie \u00e0 travers le monde. Pour ceux qui ne sont pas encore familiers, OKR est l&#039;acronyme de Objectives &amp; Key Results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fr\u00e9quence du suivi OKR est hebdomadaire. Les entreprises traditionnelles fonctionnent avec une m\u00e9thode conventionnelle d&#039;ex\u00e9cution des strat\u00e9gies et des plans, en les mesurant, en \u00e9valuant les performances, en prenant des d\u00e9cisions et en corrigeant les orientations chaque mois. Les entreprises modernes utilisent les OKR pour mesurer, \u00e9valuer les performances, prendre des d\u00e9cisions et corriger les directions chaque semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voyez comment cela offre aux entreprises modernes un avantage concurrentiel substantiel car elles peuvent s&#039;adapter \u00e0 la vitesse quatre fois plus vite que l&#039;entreprise traditionnelle. Pas par hasard ; il est d&#039;usage d&#039;appeler cette fr\u00e9quence OKR hebdomadaire \u00ab\u00a0cadence\u00a0\u00bb. La cadence est la m\u00eame que le rythme. Comme les instrumentistes interpr\u00e9tant une composition musicale, les OKR s&#039;accompagnent rythmiquement chaque semaine pour s&#039;assurer que les jalons hebdomadaires ou les jalons sont atteints. La cadence est cruciale pour le succ\u00e8s des OKR, car ils obligent les personnes \u00e0 les surveiller activement et \u00e0 s&#039;engager \u00e0 obtenir des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un OKR est compos\u00e9 d&#039;un objectif (O) et de ses r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s (KR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;objectif est un \u00e9nonc\u00e9 qualitatif de ce que vous voulez accomplir au cours du prochain cycle, qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fix\u00e9 tous les trimestres. Par exemple\u00a0: \u00ab \u00c9tendre notre pr\u00e9sence sur les march\u00e9s asiatiques.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les principaux r\u00e9sultats sont quantitatifs, tels que \u00ab Acqu\u00e9rir 100 nouveaux clients en Asie du Sud-Est \u00bb, \u00ab Cr\u00e9er 20 campagnes marketing en Indon\u00e9sie \u00bb et \u00ab Organiser un \u00e9v\u00e9nement communautaire mensuel \u00e0 Singapour, en Malaisie et en Tha\u00eflande \u00bb. Ces chiffres sont ensuite r\u00e9partis sur les semaines et \u00e0 surveiller lors des v\u00e9rifications hebdomadaires. Les OKR proviennent \u00e0 la fois du haut vers le bas (de la direction) et du bas vers le haut (des employ\u00e9s) et sont accompagn\u00e9s d&#039;\u00e9quipes dont les membres repr\u00e9sentent les domaines impliqu\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9alisation de l&#039;objectif et de ses r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En plus des objectifs et des r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, les \u00e9quipes d\u00e9finissent des plans d&#039;action dont les t\u00e2ches sont r\u00e9parties entre leurs membres. Chaque semaine, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence le lundi matin, il y a une r\u00e9union dont la dur\u00e9e ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 30 minutes. Lors de cette r\u00e9union, les t\u00e2ches de la semaine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente sont pass\u00e9es en revue ; les objectifs hebdomadaires sont atteints ou non. \u00c0 la fin du cycle, les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s sont atteints ou non, les le\u00e7ons apprises sont discut\u00e9es et enregistr\u00e9es, les r\u00e9alisations sont c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9es et de nouveaux OKR sont d\u00e9finis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 a ramen\u00e9, avec une force renouvel\u00e9e, le concept du monde VUCA, Volatile, Incertain, Complexe et Ambigu.
