name=\"namedirectory_Accountability\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">Responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">Le cadre OKR est un outil permettant de s&#039;approprier les objectifs et les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s d\u00e9finis. Si vous avez un objectif avec 5 r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, chaque r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 a une piste, qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement li\u00e9e \u00e0 un membre de l&#039;\u00e9quipe du groupe OKR respectif.<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_ActionPlan\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">Plan d&#039;action<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">Initiatives ou t\u00e2ches que vous rayez de la liste d&#039;actions au fur et \u00e0 mesure que vous les terminez. Chaque r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 doit avoir une liste d&#039;initiatives. Il indique ce que vous faites pour atteindre ce r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9. Si un OKR n&#039;est pas sur la bonne voie, id\u00e9alement, votre liste d&#039;initiatives changera.<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_Agile\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">Agile<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">Un ensemble de principes est utilis\u00e9 par de nombreuses \u00e9quipes logicielles pour prendre de meilleures d\u00e9cisions sur la fa\u00e7on dont elles m\u00e8nent leur travail. Mais augmenter la coh\u00e9rence de 1 jour par semaine \u00e0 6 jours par semaine serait une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Les benchmarks vous aident \u00e0 mesurer vos progr\u00e8s. Les benchmarks donnent de bons r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span>\r\n                      <label for=\"name-10\" class=\"name_directory_readmore_trigger\"><\/label>\r\n                    <\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_Bottom-upOKR\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">OKR ascendant<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">Tout OKR r\u00e9dig\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un OKR de niveau sup\u00e9rieur dans l&#039;organisation. Selon la culture et le contexte de l&#039;entreprise, un cycle OKR peut \u00eatre d\u00e9fini sur une cadence de 1 \u00e0 6 mois pour  <span class=\"name_directory_readmore_target\">r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de votre \u00e9quipe et de votre entreprise.<\/span><\/span>\r\n                      <label for=\"name-13\" class=\"name_directory_readmore_trigger\"><\/label>\r\n                    <\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_Cascading\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">Cascade<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">Le processus par lequel le r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 de la direction (entreprise) est transform\u00e9 en objectif \u00e0 un niveau inf\u00e9rieur (\u00e9quipe, service).<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_CFRs\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">CFR<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">signifie Conversation, Feedback et Reconnaissance. L&#039;alignement explicite suit davantage l&#039;organigramme que l&#039;alignement implicite, car il implique l&#039;utilisation d&#039;un r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 mesurable d&#039;un OKR de niveau sup\u00e9rieur comme base de l&#039;objectif de l&#039;\u00e9quipe ou du membre de l&#039;\u00e9quipe, puis la r\u00e9daction de votre propre ensemble de r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s.  <span class=\"name_directory_readmore_target\">Des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 l&#039;appui. L&#039;alignement implicite est plus souple que l&#039;alignement explicite, car il consiste \u00e0 utiliser les OKR de niveau sup\u00e9rieur comme guide pour d\u00e9velopper les OKR d&#039;\u00e9quipe ou de ses membres. Il convient aux organisations qui souhaitent donner \u00e0 leurs \u00e9quipes les moyens d&#039;utiliser leurs OKR.  <span class=\"name_directory_readmore_target\">cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et force pour atteindre les OKR organisationnels. <\/span><\/span>\r\n                      <label for=\"name-20\" class=\"name_directory_readmore_trigger\"><\/label>\r\n                    <\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_IndividualOKRs\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">OKR individuels<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">Les OKR sont d\u00e9finis et respect\u00e9s par les membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe\/les employ\u00e9s. Ces OKR doivent \u00eatre align\u00e9s sur les OKR de l&#039;\u00e9quipe, du d\u00e9partement et de l&#039;entreprise. Ils diff\u00e8rent des OKR personnels.<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_InputOKR\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">Saisir OKR <\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">L&#039;une des 3 fa\u00e7ons de d\u00e9finir un \u00e9tat final souhait\u00e9\u00a0: entr\u00e9es, sorties ou r\u00e9sultats. Un OKR d&#039;entr\u00e9e (ou r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9) est bas\u00e9 sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments que vous pouvez contr\u00f4ler, tels que le test de 4 publicit\u00e9s ou la recherche de 3 nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux.  <\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_KeyResult\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">R\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">\r\n                      <input type=\"checkbox\" class=\"name_directory_readmore_state\" id=\"name-23\" \/>\r\n                      <span class=\"name_directory_readmore_wrap\">Le &quot;KR&quot; dans OKR, ce sont des rep\u00e8res ou des mesures qui d\u00e9crivent &quot;comment&quot; une organisation, une \u00e9quipe ou un individu pr\u00e9voit de se rapprocher de son objectif. Les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s efficaces doivent \u00eatre sp\u00e9cifiques et limit\u00e9s dans le temps, agressifs, mais r\u00e9alistes. Les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s sont mesurables et v\u00e9rifiables et ils suivent les progr\u00e8s vers l&#039;objectif.  <span class=\"name_directory_readmore_target\">Atteindre un r\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 n&#039;est pas subjectif, soit vous atteignez l&#039;objectif de performance, soit vous ne l&#039;atteignez pas. Les r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s sont r\u00e9dig\u00e9s sous forme d&#039;ensemble et sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 un objectif sp\u00e9cifique, et sont d\u00e9finis pour guider les actions tout au long de chaque cycle d&#039;OKR. Il ne devrait pas y avoir plus de 5\u00a0KR par objectif.<\/span><\/span>\r\n                      <label for=\"name-23\" class=\"name_directory_readmore_trigger\"><\/label>\r\n                    <\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_KPI\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">ICP<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">repr\u00e9sente les indicateurs de performance cl\u00e9s. Les KPI sont des mesures utilis\u00e9es pour mesurer les op\u00e9rations et la sant\u00e9 d&#039;une organisation. Par exemple, les KPI peuvent suivre les ventes ou les chiffres de production. Certains KPI peuvent \u00eatre d&#039;excellents r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s, mais ils doivent \u00eatre align\u00e9s sur votre objectif.<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_LearningOKR\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">Apprendre les OKR<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une cat\u00e9gorie d&#039;OKR, les deux autres \u00e9tant les OKR d&#039;engagement et d&#039;ambition. Elle encourage les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 tester une hypoth\u00e8se en explorant une th\u00e9orie ou une strat\u00e9gie non \u00e9prouv\u00e9e. Les OKR sont utiles pour d\u00e9finir le succ\u00e8s lorsque le r\u00e9sultat est incertain.<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_Measurement\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">La mesure<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel des r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s.
