Oser \u00e9chouer : C&#039;est bien d&#039;avoir des OKR engag\u00e9s, des choses dont tout le monde convient qu&#039;elles doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es. Mais l&#039;un des aspects les plus convaincants des OKR est &quot;l&#039;OKR ambitieux&quot;. Soyez patient\u00a0: les OKR sont des essais et des erreurs. Cela peut prendre quelques cycles avant qu&#039;ils ne se sentent naturels, ou m\u00eame qu&#039;ils ne se passent bien.
