ciclo<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muchas organizaciones \u201cimplementan\u201d los OKR.<br>Muy pocos <strong>Habilitar OKR de forma sostenible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comienzan con energ\u00eda, implementan plantillas, realizan talleres y, seis meses despu\u00e9s, los OKR se desvanecen silenciosamente en segundo plano. El problema rara vez es el marco en s\u00ed.
