OKR ayudan a construir un \u00e1rbol de KPI m\u00e1s saludable<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>De la sobrecarga m\u00e9trica al desempe\u00f1o orientado a los resultados<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muchas organizaciones invierten fuertemente en KPI. Crean \u00e1rboles de KPI detallados, paneles de control y cuadros de mando, pero a\u00fan tienen dificultades con el enfoque, la alineaci\u00f3n y la ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado es a menudo un <strong>\u00e1rbol de KPI inflado o poco saludable<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demasiadas m\u00e9tricas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Propiedad poco clara<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00ednculos d\u00e9biles con la estrategia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informar sin aprender<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El problema rara vez son los KPI en s\u00ed.<br>La verdadera cuesti\u00f3n es la <strong>Ausencia de un marco de resultados claro por encima de ellos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed es donde <strong>Objetivos y resultados clave (OKR)<\/strong> desempe\u00f1an un papel fundamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR no reemplazan a los KPI. <strong>Hacer que los \u00e1rboles de KPI sean m\u00e1s saludables, m\u00e1s intencionales y estrat\u00e9gicamente significativos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entendiendo el problema: cuando los \u00e1rboles de KPI se vuelven insalubres<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e1rbol de KPIs tiene como objetivo mostrar c\u00f3mo las m\u00e9tricas en diferentes niveles contribuyen al \u00e9xito organizacional. En teor\u00eda, esto genera claridad. Los OKR anclan los KPI a los resultados estrat\u00e9gicos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e1rbol de KPI saludable crece a partir de resultados claros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR obligan a los equipos de liderazgo a responder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los resultados m\u00e1s importantes que debemos lograr?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 debe cambiar y no s\u00f3lo mejorar?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfD\u00f3nde nos centramos intencionadamente y d\u00f3nde no?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f3lo cuando los objetivos est\u00e1n claros los KPI ganan su lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto evita el patr\u00f3n com\u00fan de &quot;porque siempre lo hemos medido&quot;.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
