Al actuar de acuerdo con estos valores, buscan incesantemente agregar valor a sus clientes.<br><br>La gesti\u00f3n ajustada consiste en aumentar el valor para nuestros clientes\/usuarios\/clientes y al mismo tiempo eliminar el desperdicio. El desperdicio no s\u00f3lo se refiere a una p\u00e9rdida de dinero sino tambi\u00e9n a una p\u00e9rdida de tiempo y esfuerzo. La gesti\u00f3n ajustada tambi\u00e9n tiene un fuerte enfoque en la mejora continua.<br><br>Cuando nos centramos genuinamente en los resultados tanto al redactar como al implementar los OKR, agregamos valor a todas nuestras partes interesadas. Al limitar nuestro enfoque a las principales prioridades de la empresa y medir lo que realmente importa, estamos eliminando el desperdicio de nuestra forma de hacer negocios.
