Est\u00e1 de acuerdo con la definici\u00f3n de estrategia de Harvard Business Review: &quot;Diferencias significativas con la competencia que puedes preservar&quot;. Articularlo de esta manera lo hace m\u00e1s accesible y ahora tienes algo tangible en lo que trabajar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando se abre esa posibilidad democr\u00e1tica de articularla de manera simple y, en segundo lugar, se abre la posibilidad de que se pueda manejar la estrategia de una manera informal y que requiera pocos recursos, las empresas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as tienen un enfoque inmediato y viable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LA ESTRATEGIA COMO HERRAMIENTA MOTIVACIONAL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex llama a la estrategia un &quot;deporte amateur&quot;, ya que los mejores estrategas de la historia no ten\u00edan ninguna calificaci\u00f3n formal en estrategia. Considera que la primera responsabilidad de la estrategia es ser una herramienta de motivaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por inteligente que sea una estrategia, es in\u00fatil si no se ejecuta; por lo tanto, un plan debe allanar el camino hacia su ejecuci\u00f3n siendo inspirador, comprendido, emocionante y utilizado como herramienta de motivaci\u00f3n.
