Una orientaci\u00f3n de mentalidad fija hace que te preocupes por c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1s juzgado y te hace creer que los l\u00edmites de tu potencial y desempe\u00f1o que has fijado en tu mente son l\u00edmites reales y concretos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como dice el refr\u00e1n: &quot;No te amargues, mejora&quot;. Una mentalidad de crecimiento te hace pensar que los fracasos son oportunidades de aprendizaje que se pueden transformar en crecimiento positivo. Cuando tienes una mentalidad fija, es m\u00e1s probable que solo veas problemas y no encuentres soluciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una orientaci\u00f3n hacia una mentalidad de crecimiento no incluye la ignorancia de los problemas, sino que cambia el enfoque hacia un pensamiento impulsado por soluciones y un enfoque colaborativo para la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas. Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo se mantiene el h\u00e1bito de permanecer dentro de los &quot;l\u00edmites autoimpuestos&quot; de la zona de confort, m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil resulta perseguir &quot;metas ambiciosas&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A menudo, cuando la alta direcci\u00f3n considera que los resultados de una implementaci\u00f3n de OKR son deficientes, su reacci\u00f3n instintiva puede ser volver a lo que es tangible y a un &#039;entorno de mando-control&#039;. Por eso es fundamental realizar una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva, crear un plan de implementaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gico y garantizar una educaci\u00f3n OKR completa en su organizaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n es esencial c\u00f3mo se comunica en torno a los OKR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 claro para todos en la organizaci\u00f3n por qu\u00e9 estamos implementando OKR?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 claro para todos c\u00f3mo es el \u00e9xito?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 claro cu\u00e1les son mis expectativas y las de mi equipo?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al garantizar que todos los elementos de una implementaci\u00f3n exitosa de los OKR est\u00e9n completamente enfocados, podemos llenar la &quot;tiran\u00eda de la brecha tangible&quot; a trav\u00e9s de los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brechas de habilidades<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al comparar nuestro estado actual con la meta futura deseada (OKR), se puede revelar que es necesario abordar algunas brechas de habilidades para que podamos actualizar el OKR que hemos establecido como equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de redactar un OKRo, podemos trabajar estrechamente con nuestro equipo de recursos humanos para evaluar las carencias de habilidades. Esto depender\u00eda de lo que exija la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Tus OKR son tan buenos como tus habilidades&#039;: podemos redactar OKR centrados en resultados alineados con la estrategia y la visi\u00f3n de la empresa, pero si ignoramos las posibles brechas de habilidades que se interponen entre nosotros como equipo y el logro de los OKR, es probable que luchar para ganar impulso en nuestros OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se requiere un liderazgo fuerte para llenar todos los vac\u00edos mencionados anteriormente.
