Tus \u00fanicas limitaciones son las que te impones a ti mismo\u201d.<\/p>\n<cite>Roy Bennet<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requerimos el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2016\/07\/what-foundations-are-missing-about-capacity-building\">recursos financieros y humanos, capacidad de desarrollo de habilidades<\/a><\/strong>y excelencia en la ejecuci\u00f3n para lograr los OKR. Lo que hay que tener en cuenta es que tambi\u00e9n necesitamos un alto grado de confianza en uno mismo y en el equipo para alcanzar objetivos de largo alcance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Independientemente de nuestros curr\u00edculums y experiencia impresionantes, es dudoso que alcancemos objetivos de largo alcance si no creemos que podemos lograrlos. Necesitamos <strong>confianza social<\/strong> para colaborar y lograr nuestros OKR. La confianza social es la creencia de que juntos, como equipo, podemos y lograremos grandes cosas. Los miembros de mi equipo me apoyar\u00e1n, complementar\u00e1n mis debilidades y me ayudar\u00e1n a crecer, y yo har\u00e9 lo mismo por ellos para que podamos sobresalir y avanzar juntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La confianza en uno mismo s\u00f3lo es sostenible y a\u00f1ade valor a los dem\u00e1s cuando creemos en nuestras propias capacidades pero nunca permitimos que nos volvamos arrogantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las personas a menudo se sienten desconcertadas por los niveles extremadamente altos de confianza de algunas personas cuando las observan en un entorno social. Estas personas parecen atraer gente sin esfuerzo, tienen conversaciones animadas, entretenidas e interesantes y dejan impresiones duraderas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pregunta cr\u00edtica es: \u00bfNace usted con cierta confianza y otros tienen m\u00e1s que algunos, o puede usted generar confianza?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La respuesta es que la confianza es una habilidad y puedes desarrollarla con el tiempo de manera similar a cualquier otra habilidad. La confianza en uno mismo a nivel granular consiste en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Confianza en si mismo.<\/strong>Todos nos hacemos promesas a nosotros mismos, pero tendemos a subestimar el impacto que las &quot;autopromesas que nos hacemos&quot; tienen en nuestros niveles de confianza en nosotros mismos: si incumplimos regularmente promesas que nos hemos hecho a nosotros mismos, como por ejemplo: &quot;Empezar\u00e9 a trabajar m\u00e1s duro&quot;, el lunes, &#039;empezar\u00e9 a ir al gimnasio el lunes&#039;, erosiona nuestra confianza en nosotros mismos con el tiempo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f3lo confiaremos verdaderamente en nosotros mismos cuando empecemos a tomar en serio nuestras &quot;autopromesas&quot; y las cumplamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Desarrollo de habilidades inmersivas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando nos enfocamos constantemente en habilidades que tienen un alto impacto en nuestra Visi\u00f3n, las practicamos diariamente y las perfeccionamos con el tiempo; apoyar\u00e1 el crecimiento de nuestros niveles de confianza y mejorar\u00e1 dram\u00e1ticamente nuestras posibilidades de \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Tutor\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cualquiera que llegara a la cima y permaneciera all\u00ed cont\u00f3 con la ayuda y el apoyo de otros. Recibir asesoramiento y orientaci\u00f3n de un mentor con gran experiencia es el complemento ideal para desarrollar la confianza en uno mismo y adquirir habilidades significativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para aumentar la conciencia sobre el alto valor de la tutor\u00eda de calidad, vale la pena realizar el siguiente ejercicio: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Busque en Google a cualquier l\u00edder, celebridad o deportista famoso y preg\u00fantele qui\u00e9n fue su mentor. Encontrar\u00e1 una respuesta porque no existe un &quot;hombre hecho a s\u00ed mismo&quot; ni un momento determinado en sus respectivos viajes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor\u00eda de los l\u00edderes entienden que deben crear m\u00e1s l\u00edderes y es probable que acepten solicitudes sinceras de orientaci\u00f3n y tutor\u00eda. Tener conversaciones regulares y profundas con alguien alcanza un nivel de confianza muy alto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confianza en el equipo <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La base de la confianza del equipo es la confianza en uno mismo: puedo y har\u00e9 constantemente contribuciones valiosas al equipo. La confianza del equipo es la creencia de que juntos alcanzaremos nuestras metas porque:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Confiar uno en el otro<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compartimos los mismos valores.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>nos apoyamos y ayudamos unos a otros<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complementamos las debilidades y fortalezas de ambos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los equipos de alto rendimiento se caracterizan por estar cerca cuando se comunican entre s\u00ed.
