Los objetivos mensurables permiten a las organizaciones evaluar su desempe\u00f1o frente a objetivos establecidos. Establecer objetivos demasiado ambiciosos puede desmotivar a los equipos y obstaculizar el progreso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Importante:<\/strong> Los objetivos ESG deben estar directamente alineados con la sostenibilidad general y la estrategia empresarial responsable de la organizaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, un resultado clave para mejorar la equidad social podr\u00eda ser lanzar programas de tutor\u00eda para j\u00f3venes desfavorecidos en la comunidad atendida por la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mensurable:<\/strong> Al igual que los objetivos, los resultados clave deben ser mensurables. Deben proporcionar m\u00e9tricas o indicadores espec\u00edficos que indiquen el progreso y el \u00e9xito. Esto permite a las organizaciones realizar un seguimiento del rendimiento y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ambicioso:<\/strong> Los resultados clave deber\u00edan ser desafiantes pero alcanzables. La alineaci\u00f3n garantiza que los esfuerzos y recursos se centren en las \u00e1reas m\u00e1s importantes para los resultados ESG.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al establecer resultados clave viables, mensurables, ambiciosos y alineados, las organizaciones pueden crear una hoja de ruta clara para avanzar hacia sus objetivos ESG. Los resultados clave sirven como se\u00f1ales a lo largo del camino, indicando hasta d\u00f3nde ha llegado la organizaci\u00f3n y qu\u00e9 a\u00fan queda por lograr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aligning-teams-and-cascading-okrs\">Alinear equipos&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para lograr eficazmente los objetivos ESG, es fundamental alinear los equipos. Tambi\u00e9n deben explicar la relevancia y la contribuci\u00f3n del trabajo de cada equipo hacia los objetivos generales de ESG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para alinear exitosamente los OKR con el logro de objetivos ESG, las organizaciones deben seguir estos pasos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traduzca los objetivos ESG en objetivos a nivel de equipo o departamento que est\u00e9n directamente alineados con las metas m\u00e1s amplias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Definir resultados clave para cada equipo que contribuyan a alcanzar sus respectivos objetivos y, posteriormente, los objetivos ESG.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comunique peri\u00f3dicamente el progreso, comparta conocimientos y fomente la colaboraci\u00f3n entre equipos para garantizar la alineaci\u00f3n y la cooperaci\u00f3n interfuncional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fomentar la propiedad y la responsabilidad en todos los niveles proporcionando a los equipos e individuos la autonom\u00eda y los recursos necesarios para lograr sus OKR.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al alinear los OKR en toda la organizaci\u00f3n, las organizaciones pueden garantizar que todos los equipos e individuos est\u00e9n trabajando para lograr los objetivos ESG colectivos.
