class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se ofrecen innumerables talleres y cursos de liderazgo y el liderazgo es un tema sobre el que se ha escrito durante siglos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los romanos tuvieron a Augusto C\u00e9sar y Marco Aurelio, Genghis Khan fue un famoso l\u00edder mongol, Margaret Thatcher, Catalina la Grande y Cleopatra dieron color y valor a los libros de historia. Aprender de los ejemplos es una de las muchas formas excelentes de ampliar su desarrollo. \u00bfQu\u00e9 competencias b\u00e1sicas de liderazgo separan a los grandes l\u00edderes del resto? \u00bfY qu\u00e9 competencias b\u00e1sicas de liderazgo son m\u00e1s importantes cuando se considera el \u00e9xito de los OKR y su sostenibilidad?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de todo lo anterior, el complejo desaf\u00edo de desarrollar l\u00edderes, crear estrategias significativas, garantizar la ejecuci\u00f3n y mantener est\u00e1ndares de excelencia operativa cobra gran importancia y, a menudo, resulta abrumador para la mayor\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existen numerosas competencias de liderazgo, dentro del contexto del liderazgo Agile y OKR, las siguientes son las m\u00e1s relevantes e importantes seg\u00fan nuestra experiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confianza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando nosotros, como l\u00edderes, no tenemos confianza en nosotros mismos ni en nuestros OKR, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos esperar que otros tengan confianza en nosotros? Los l\u00edderes de OKR\/Agile tienen una gran confianza en el poder de los OKR y de ellos mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tipo de confianza m\u00e1s relevante para el logro de OKR se llama confianza social. La confianza social significa que cuando yo, como l\u00edder, entro en una sala llena de miembros de mi compa\u00f1ero de equipo, tengo una confianza inquebrantable en el hecho de que juntos llegaremos a soluciones a nuestros desaf\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La confianza nunca debe confundirse con la arrogancia. La arrogancia es cuando crees que eres mejor que los dem\u00e1s. La confianza se puede desarrollar con el tiempo y es funci\u00f3n del esfuerzo y la concentraci\u00f3n que le asignes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desarrollar la confianza comienza con escribir las promesas que se hace a s\u00ed mismo y a los dem\u00e1s y cumplirlas. Tus promesas incumplidas erosionan tanto tu confianza en ti mismo como la confianza que los dem\u00e1s tienen en ti. La confianza es una habilidad que se puede desarrollar y es una de las numerosas competencias b\u00e1sicas de liderazgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La comunicaci\u00f3n relacionada con los OKR debe ser clara, coherente, f\u00e1cilmente accesible, concisa e inspiradora para que sea eficaz. La comunicaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n debe estar alineada con la visi\u00f3n, la cultura de la empresa y un claro retorno de la inversi\u00f3n del tiempo dedicado a comunicar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las inconsistencias en la comunicaci\u00f3n combinadas con la falta de claridad pueden crear confusi\u00f3n y perjudicar el logro de los objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las comunicaciones deben ser abiertas, compartidas libremente y colaborativas. Todos en la organizaci\u00f3n deber\u00edan tener voz. La comunicaci\u00f3n durante los check-ins, los ayuntamientos y las revisiones no s\u00f3lo debe ser clara sino tambi\u00e9n positiva. Es probable que un nivel muy alto de comunicaci\u00f3n sea la competencia de liderazgo m\u00e1s importante y la habilidad de mayor impacto en el logro de OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competencia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los l\u00edderes de OKR deber\u00edan tener una educaci\u00f3n completa sobre OKR en su haber. Solo estar\u00e1 capacitado para defender los OKR dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n si ambos realizaron un conjunto de cursos de OKR y aplicaron de manera pr\u00e1ctica los conocimientos adquiridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un l\u00edder de OKR debe ser un defensor de OKR dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un defensor de los OKR es alguien que tiene un profundo nivel de conocimiento pr\u00e1ctico sobre los OKR, es un defensor inspirador de los OKR y fomenta voluntariamente la apropiaci\u00f3n (por ejemplo, es un propietario de objetivos o resultados clave).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los l\u00edderes de OKR deben ser muy competentes en el coaching y deben entrenar a su gente con una intenci\u00f3n positiva en lugar de criticar. En el coraz\u00f3n del coaching se encuentra la colaboraci\u00f3n hacia el \u00e9xito. El coaching es un proceso de descubrimiento conjunto de prioridades y c\u00f3mo actualizarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compromiso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como los OKR son objetivos de largo alcance y, por definici\u00f3n, dif\u00edciles de alcanzar, requieren un alto grado de compromiso para ser actualizados. La apat\u00eda o simplemente involucrarse no pueden ser suficientes; el compromiso total de todos los miembros del equipo es un requisito fundamental para la sostenibilidad y el \u00e9xito de los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El nivel de compromiso de los equipos se refleja en una culminaci\u00f3n y combinaci\u00f3n de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recursos y esfuerzos de creaci\u00f3n de capacidad de recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El grado en que el equipo de liderazgo crea un clima motivador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los niveles de compromiso de los miembros del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una visi\u00f3n co-creada y convincente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una declaraci\u00f3n de prop\u00f3sito operacionalizada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un sistema de valores compartidos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cari\u00f1oso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando las personas sienten que no las cuidan, las inseguridades pueden volverse rampantes y, en esas condiciones, es muy dif\u00edcil lograr los OKR. En t\u00e9rminos generales, las personas dentro de una organizaci\u00f3n quieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Una carrera<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando nosotros, como l\u00edderes, dejamos muy claro el camino profesional, las oportunidades de mejora de habilidades, las recompensas y los m\u00e9todos de gesti\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o para todos los miembros del equipo, es m\u00e1s probable que se sientan inspirados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>una causa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En t\u00e9rminos generales, las personas quieren saber que el trabajo que realizan tiene un impacto y un verdadero significado.
