deseamos el mayor de los \u00e9xitos en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trabajar con usted en m\u00e1s de quinientas organizaciones en m\u00e1s de 50 pa\u00edses nos ha brindado, en el Instituto OKR, la mejor forma de educaci\u00f3n: aprender de la experiencia. Sin vosotros eso no hubiera sido posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al trabajar con usted, hemos creado un conjunto de mejores pr\u00e1cticas que compartimos con miles y miles de personas que asisten a nuestros cursos. Las siguientes mejores pr\u00e1cticas pueden parecer muy simples, pero una vez que las aplica, descubrir\u00e1 que son un desaf\u00edo dentro del contexto de la cultura de su empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esa es la raz\u00f3n por la que el Instituto OKR recomienda a todas las organizaciones que, en \u00faltima instancia, escriban sus propios &#039;gu\u00edas de OKR&#039; que reflejen tanto la singularidad como las complejidades de la cultura de su empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/07\/how-to-focus-on-whats-important-not-just-whats-urgent\">Menos es m\u00e1s<\/a>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sus marcos OKR deben reflejar las principales prioridades de la empresa. Esas prioridades deben estar alineadas con la visi\u00f3n, el sistema de valores y el prop\u00f3sito de la empresa para garantizar la sostenibilidad y el \u00e9xito. A nivel estrat\u00e9gico, es recomendable redactar no m\u00e1s de cinco OKR, y a nivel de equipo, tres por equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos los objetivos anteriores deben reflejar los resultados deseados que desea lograr para sus partes interesadas clave, como sus clientes y la propia empresa. Al finalizar la sesi\u00f3n de redacci\u00f3n de OKR a nivel estrat\u00e9gico de la empresa, es posible que termines con una gran cantidad de objetivos. Dentro de este escenario, es recomendable jerarquizar estos objetivos de manera conjunta y mantener los cinco primeros como los OKR en los que se enfocar\u00e1 al m\u00e1s alto nivel de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando tienes demasiadas prioridades como empresa y tratas de aplicar el mismo nivel de enfoque en todas ellas, es poco probable que logres cualquiera de tus objetivos. Un enfoque preciso en las principales y pocas prioridades de mayor impacto de la empresa crea una base s\u00f3lida para el \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Realizar controles peri\u00f3dicos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un check-in semanal presenta maravillosas oportunidades para:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sea proactivo y aborde los problemas antes de que se vuelvan incontrolables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iterar y mejorar los marcos OKR existentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construir un esp\u00edritu de equipo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profundice su comprensi\u00f3n y aprenda sobre los OKR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No realizar controles regulares a menudo resulta en una reacci\u00f3n con el tiempo y en la p\u00e9rdida de impulso con respecto a los OKR. Los controles bien realizados consisten en tener conversaciones colaborativas para agilizar y mejorar nuestros OKR y superar conjuntamente los obst\u00e1culos en nuestro camino. Como Instituto OKR, frecuentemente solicitamos a nuestros clientes que sean parte de los primeros check-ins, como facilitadores, para asegurar la calidad de los mismos e impactar el \u00e9xito a largo plazo de los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Escribe tu propio manual de OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada empresa es diferente y la cultura empresarial es el contexto del desempe\u00f1o de OKR. Todas las empresas har\u00edan bien en capturar todos los aprendizajes relacionados con los OKR y transformarlos en un manual de OKR espec\u00edfico que refleje las complejidades de su organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todas las industrias son diferentes y la forma en que se aplican los OKR variar\u00e1. Como ejemplo pertinente, dentro de un entorno altamente regulado como el hito del sector de servicios energ\u00e9ticos, los resultados clave ser\u00edan m\u00e1s aplicables que en industrias alternativas. Dentro de una organizaci\u00f3n grande y tradicional que desea transformarse en una organizaci\u00f3n \u00e1gil, inicialmente podemos usar OKR en cascada para garantizar la alineaci\u00f3n y es poco probable que este enfoque se siga en un contexto de inicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">estirar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su propia definici\u00f3n, los OKR son objetivos ambiciosos y dif\u00edciles de lograr. No lograremos los OKR si permanecemos dentro de nuestras zonas de comodidad o miedo. Sin embargo, es probable que alcancemos nuestras metas cuando superemos nuestra zona de miedo y lleguemos a nuestras zonas de aprendizaje y crecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una fuerte orientaci\u00f3n hacia una mentalidad de crecimiento es un requisito b\u00e1sico para lograr los OKR. Todos en el equipo deber\u00edan estar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/aclk?sa=l&amp;ai=DChcSEwjA2tr436mDAxVJaCsKHYY2C94YABABGgJzZg&amp;ase=2&amp;gclid=CjwKCAiAyp-sBhBSEiwAWWzTntUyDV5UhSkeSqQ8KOOmcjsx2vCA0jzT4vSyC8QpG1fiAPzoJ_wo2hoCjv0QAvD_BwE&amp;sig=AOD64_0S0s-Iu0hvWNjjSzHNuZEGgPyfXA&amp;q&amp;nis=4&amp;adurl&amp;ved=2ahUKEwi5wdX436mDAxUjSGwGHR2iAoUQ0Qx6BAgIEAE\">se extendieron m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su capacidad inicial. <\/a><\/strong>Estirarse no se trata s\u00f3lo de ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del potencial de cada individuo, sino m\u00e1s bien de lo que podemos lograr juntos a trav\u00e9s de un esfuerzo colaborativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f3lo podremos lograr grandes objetivos si estamos dispuestos a identificar y capitalizar las fortalezas de cada uno y superar conjuntamente las debilidades de cada uno. Nuestro curso de Liderazgo del Instituto OKR aclara c\u00f3mo entrenar a individuos y equipos y &quot;esforzarse conjuntamente para lograr lo asombroso&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">seguir al l\u00edder como modelo de entrenador<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR carentes de liderazgo generalmente no son sostenibles ni exitosos. Se requieren comportamientos de liderazgo consistentes, como apoyar a los miembros del equipo con capacitaci\u00f3n de alta calidad, para que la implementaci\u00f3n de los OKR sea exitosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A menudo, las estrategias se crean en el nivel m\u00e1s alto de la empresa y luego se transmiten a los equipos para que las ejecuten. Un modelo mucho mejor es ejecutar la estrategia hombro con hombro con los miembros del equipo para obtener su aceptaci\u00f3n del liderazgo de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El liderazgo, dentro del contexto de una implementaci\u00f3n de OKR, tambi\u00e9n consiste en brindar claridad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Claridad de visi\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claridad de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claridad del prop\u00f3sito compartido y del sistema de valores de la empresa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claridad de roles y responsabilidades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experimentamos que la falta de claridad en la estrategia de la empresa y la falta de una comunicaci\u00f3n clara son a menudo factores que se convierten en obst\u00e1culos profundos en el desempe\u00f1o de los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un l\u00edder OKR o Agile, para tener un \u00e9xito sostenible como l\u00edder, debe crear m\u00e1s l\u00edderes. Podemos crear m\u00e1s l\u00edderes inspir\u00e1ndolos y mostr\u00e1ndoles c\u00f3mo se hace, en lugar de compartir demasiados vol\u00famenes de conocimiento te\u00f3rico.
