Creo que es simplemente otra moda pasajera en el establecimiento de objetivos que se desvanecer\u00e1 con el tiempo. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia real entre los OKR y otros m\u00e9todos de establecimiento de objetivos? A m\u00ed me parece lo mismo, simplemente son KPI muy bien redactados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afortunadamente, tuve el privilegio de escuchar comentarios similares antes y, por lo tanto, estaba bien preparado para enfrentar las preocupaciones de Tim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ese es un punto de vista interesante y no eres el \u00fanico que dice eso, Tim, por favor cu\u00e9ntame m\u00e1s sobre las similitudes entre los KPI y los OKR. Al cuestionar positiva y sinceramente sus declaraciones, pude establecer una buena relaci\u00f3n con Tim y reunir toda la informaci\u00f3n que necesitaba para influir mejor en \u00e9l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestra intenci\u00f3n y objetivo como coaches de OKR no es tratar de cambiar la opini\u00f3n de alguien de manera directa y contundente, sino que nuestro objetivo es influir en los dem\u00e1s, aprender de sus experiencias y llegar a soluciones creadas conjuntamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que sigue son algunos poderosos consejos de coaching de OKR que pueden generar un gran impacto en las personas, los equipos y su organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entrenador, no critiques <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La manera m\u00e1s efectiva de asegurarte de ser un coach cre\u00edble es ser un ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ser visto colaborando con otros y ejecutando hombro con hombro con los miembros del equipo. Mejora continuamente tus habilidades y aprendizaje. Un enfoque excelente para entrenar a otros es co-crear soluciones con ellos en lugar de decirles qu\u00e9 hacer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos llegar juntos a respuestas si nosotros, como entrenadores, nos preparamos para cada sesi\u00f3n con excelentes preguntas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfCree que ha aprendido algo de su experiencia con los KPI que pueda aplicar a los OKR? \u00bfQu\u00e9 desaf\u00edos clave enfrent\u00f3 con respecto al logro de los KPI? \u00bfQu\u00e9 crees que ya hiciste muy bien? Seg\u00fan tu experiencia, \u00bfqu\u00e9 se puede mejorar? \u00bfQu\u00e9 h\u00e1bitos relacionados con el rendimiento debemos abandonar si no nos sirven?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un resumen de entrenamiento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro consejo de coaching sobre OKR es resumir toda la conversaci\u00f3n al final. Este resumen permite a todas las partes de la conversaci\u00f3n aclarar cualquier malentendido y profundizar su determinaci\u00f3n de tomar medidas inmediatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En lugar de intentar que la persona a la que estamos entrenando simplemente acepte todo lo que decimos mientras intentamos establecer autoridad, podemos hacerlo mejor acordando conjuntamente crear un resumen colectivo de la sesi\u00f3n de coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de establecer una buena relaci\u00f3n con nuestro cliente y hacer preguntas positivas relevantes, podemos resumir lo que se dijo hacia el final de la sesi\u00f3n de coaching. Esto le brinda a la persona a la que estamos entrenando la oportunidad de corregir el resumen y agregarle complementos cuando sea relevante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este resumen sirve luego como punto de referencia para futuras acciones y toma de decisiones sobre el camino a seguir. Dentro del esp\u00edritu del liderazgo \u00e1gil, tomamos esas decisiones colectivamente. Un acuerdo sobre un resumen que se hizo y revis\u00f3 es generalmente mucho m\u00e1s poderoso que simples respuestas afirmativas a las preguntas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entrenamiento hacia el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessnewsdaily.com\/3882-vision-statement.html\">Visi\u00f3n<\/a> de la compa\u00f1ia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un coach siempre debe apreciar el impacto potencial que puede tener en la realizaci\u00f3n de la visi\u00f3n de una empresa. Cuando nosotros, como coaches, ayudamos constantemente a otros a desarrollar h\u00e1bitos poderosos que ayuden a avanzar hacia el logro de los objetivos de la empresa, estamos apoyando la actualizaci\u00f3n de las estrategias y la visi\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando nosotros, durante los talleres de redacci\u00f3n, facilitamos el proceso de redacci\u00f3n de okrs potentes (centrados en los resultados) y garantizamos la alineaci\u00f3n con la visi\u00f3n y las estrategias de la empresa, estamos contribuyendo directamente al \u00e9xito de la empresa a medida que comenzamos con la ejecuci\u00f3n. Al discutir la visi\u00f3n, el prop\u00f3sito, la misi\u00f3n y el sistema de valores con aquellos a quienes entrenamos y hacerlo muy transparente, estamos agregando inspiraci\u00f3n a nuestro proceso de coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las personas, en t\u00e9rminos generales, se inspiran al tener claridad sobre lo que implica la visi\u00f3n y la declaraci\u00f3n de prop\u00f3sito de la empresa. Un alto nivel de claridad garantiza que los miembros del equipo comprendan qu\u00e9 impacto tienen sus roles individuales y los esfuerzos colectivos del equipo en la visi\u00f3n y las estrategias de la empresa. De esta forma, los miembros del equipo pueden sentir que est\u00e1n contribuyendo al \u00e9xito de la empresa de una forma muy directa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El coaching no se trata de decirles a los dem\u00e1s qu\u00e9 hacer, sino de brindarles orientaci\u00f3n en t\u00e9rminos de las opciones potenciales que tienen y ayudarlos a obtener nuevas perspectivas. Idealmente, el coaching es un viaje de empoderamiento, descubriendo nuevos caminos de aprendizaje pr\u00e1cticos que sirven al individuo, al equipo y a la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando avanzamos colectivamente hacia algo &quot;m\u00e1s grande que nosotros mismos&quot;, como una visi\u00f3n y un prop\u00f3sito de la empresa que beneficie a un gran n\u00famero de partes interesadas, no s\u00f3lo nos empoderamos sino que tambi\u00e9n nos inspiramos. El coaching juega un papel central en la consecuci\u00f3n de los objetivos, las estrategias y la Visi\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESUMEN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La comunicaci\u00f3n y el Coaching de alta calidad son los hilos que mantienen unidos los resultados de OKR de alta calidad.
