Hazel<\/strong><\/a> sobre empresas en escala<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff Hazell ayuda a las empresas en crecimiento a eliminar sus dolores de crecimiento. Cliff hizo una pausa y sonri\u00f3 antes de decir: Esta es una foto de una sesi\u00f3n de coaching en Spotify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es muy activo en LinkedIn, y una de las muchas publicaciones que emanan de la mente de Cliffs y que valoro es sobre la difusi\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n dentro de las organizaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formas de comunicaci\u00f3n en una organizaci\u00f3n.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo de un Scrum o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/agile\/kanban\/boards\">tablero kanban<\/a><\/strong> es ser un radiador de informaci\u00f3n, pero la mayor\u00eda de las empresas construyen refrigeradores de informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refrigerador: la mayor\u00eda de las empresas utilizan la comunicaci\u00f3n como usted usar\u00eda un refrigerador: almacenan la comunicaci\u00f3n y usted debe recuperarla cuando lo desee e intentar encontrarle sentido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Radiador: a trav\u00e9s de intervenciones proactivas y diarias o peri\u00f3dicas, podemos garantizar que la informaci\u00f3n correcta se &quot;irradie&quot; a trav\u00e9s de la organizaci\u00f3n y no simplemente se almacene donde podr\u00eda olvidarse f\u00e1cilmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para m\u00e1s &#039;Gemas&#039; como las anteriores, sigue <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/cliffhazell?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_contact_details%3BTKxDXLolRumu9PZ3ymX%2Bkg%3D%3D\"><strong>@CliffHazell aqu\u00ed<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff tiene una profunda experiencia con metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles, pero no se considera un entrenador \u00e1gil y le pregunt\u00e9 sobre eso durante nuestra entrevista. &#039; Agile es una metodolog\u00eda, al igual que la gesti\u00f3n Lean, y se pueden aplicar varias herramientas de forma aislada y combinada para ayudar a las empresas a crecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eso me hizo pensar en la sostenibilidad y el \u00e9xito de los OKR. En cambio, cuando combinamos creativamente m\u00e9todos complementarios y aplicables, podemos crear una combinaci\u00f3n potente que ayude a las empresas a escalar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff cuenta con su vasta experiencia en la aplicaci\u00f3n de habilidades de liderazgo, ciencia de la complejidad, gesti\u00f3n ajustada, metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles y m\u00e1s para ayudar a las empresas a crecer de manera efectiva y hacer que el crecimiento sea sostenible. Este enfoque le permite aplicar el m\u00e9todo apropiado a cada situaci\u00f3n \u00fanica.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El uso eficaz de las herramientas depende, y si solo tiene un dispositivo, resultar\u00e1 ser la &quot;herramienta equivocada&quot; o el &quot;momento equivocado&quot; para utilizar esta herramienta espec\u00edfica en varias situaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pregunt\u00e9 -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los elementos esenciales para hacer crecer cualquier empresa? Aludi\u00f3 a tres factores cr\u00edticos de \u00e9xito. Me he tomado la libertad de insertar mis comentarios sobre c\u00f3mo se relaciona esto con los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los fundamentos del escalamiento de una empresa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creando enfoque.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin enfoque, nuestros equipos luchan por cumplir. En lugar de que toda la empresa trate algo como el n\u00famero 1 y le d\u00e9 una v\u00eda r\u00e1pida, tenemos 17 &quot;OKR de m\u00e1xima prioridad&quot;, todos con la misma urgencia. Esto significa que los iniciamos todos y distribuimos el esfuerzo de nuestro equipo en muchas cosas. Como cada equipo est\u00e1 muy ocupado, si necesitamos que alguien m\u00e1s nos ayude, tenemos que esperar a que est\u00e9 disponible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La \u00fanica manera de salir de este l\u00edo es tener un \u00fanico #1 claro y poner el resto en secuencia detr\u00e1s de \u00e9l. De esta manera, cuando necesito tu ayuda en #1, sabes que debes hacer una pausa en #17 para ayudar. De manera similar, cuando me pides ayuda con tu #17, puedo decirte &quot;lo siento, tendr\u00e1s que esperar hasta que termine aqu\u00ed&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que podamos hacer esto, podamos realmente entregar lo que pusimos en el n\u00famero 1, vale la pena gastar energ\u00eda en descubrir qu\u00e9 deber\u00edamos tener en la cima. Antes de que podamos concentrarnos, no tiene sentido ya que de todos modos solo los trataremos a todos como iguales. Se aferrar\u00e1n a cualquier cosa que, aunque s\u00f3lo sea en apariencia, les ayude a tener \u00e9xito o ignorar\u00e1n todo porque se sienten abrumados. Esto hace perder el valioso tiempo de nuestra gente, as\u00ed como el tiempo y los esfuerzos de nuestra empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Decidir colectivamente nuestras verdaderas prioridades en este momento y crear un enfoque l\u00e1ser en ellas es un punto de partida \u00f3ptimo para redactar OKR centrados en resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Encontrar apalancamiento.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor parte de lo que trabajamos se puede caracterizar como General o Neutral en t\u00e9rminos de impacto. S\u00f3lo muy pocos art\u00edculos rinden m\u00e1s que la energ\u00eda que consumen. Nuestro objetivo es encontrarlos y dedicar el menor tiempo posible a los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es nuestro (o probablemente ser\u00e1) el punto de partida m\u00e1s \u00f3ptimo para ayudarnos a ver una tracci\u00f3n significativa? Un proyecto existente que se considera muy impactante y esencial, en el que ya se fomenta la colaboraci\u00f3n interfuncional, probablemente sea un punto de partida \u00f3ptimo para un piloto de OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jamesclear.com\/atomic-habits\">Construyendo h\u00e1bitos<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos hemos visto innumerables planos, estrategias y declaraciones de visi\u00f3n. Independientemente de qui\u00e9n los redact\u00f3 o de su calidad, no tienen sentido hasta que adoptemos medidas consistentes que apoyen la actualizaci\u00f3n de los mismos documentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo aqu\u00ed es hacer que los patrones beneficiosos sean f\u00e1ciles y los patrones da\u00f1inos dif\u00edciles o menos probables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una forma de ver esto es la fricci\u00f3n: agregamos fricci\u00f3n (reglas, procesos, etc.) para ralentizar las cosas, o eliminamos la fricci\u00f3n para hacerlo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil (menos pasos, decisiones m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas, autoservicio, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliff lo llama &quot;dar sentido&quot;, y muy pocas empresas, dentro de la &quot;neblina&quot; de entusiasmo, presiones y negocios como siempre, establecen su estado actual (punto de partida) con gran claridad. Si no somos honestos y transparentes acerca de d\u00f3nde estamos, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos seleccionar ad\u00f3nde queremos ir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desarrollar h\u00e1bitos que le permitan escalar su negocio es esencial para un logro sostenible. Los patrones de &#039;irradiar informaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de stand-ups bien ejecutados, controles exhaustivos de los OKR, brindar seguridad psicol\u00f3gica, fomentar verdaderamente la colaboraci\u00f3n y brindar capacitaci\u00f3n de apoyo en lugar de criticar son todos importantes para actualizar los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
