ejecutivos de empresas, habr\u00e1n le\u00eddo sobre los OKR. Usted entendi\u00f3 los beneficios de lo que ley\u00f3 y qued\u00f3 impresionado con los impresionantes resultados que algunas empresas han logrado. Queremos que los Objetivos y los marcos de resultados cr\u00edticos tengan un impacto significativo y duradero en nuestra organizaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, cuando empiece a contemplar la implementaci\u00f3n de OKR dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n, pueden surgir varias dudas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfFuncionar\u00e1 en nuestra empresa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa si aplicamos y concentramos demasiados recursos en los OKR y fracasamos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfDonde empezar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfUtilizamos consultores y entrenadores? \u00bfY a qui\u00e9n utilizar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR pueden funcionar para cualquier empresa de cualquier industria. Sin embargo, depende de nosotros, como l\u00edderes, crear un entorno propicio para la introducci\u00f3n y la sostenibilidad de los objetivos y los marcos de resultados clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En caso de duda, un buen lugar para comenzar es un proyecto existente que colectivamente consideren muy impactante y significativo. Dentro de un proyecto de este tipo, usted ya conoce los aportes necesarios, el equipo o los miembros del equipo involucrados y varios equipos multifuncionales que aplican sus habilidades para actualizar el proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego podremos centrarnos colectivamente en todos los resultados deseados para las diferentes categor\u00edas de partes interesadas y redactar los OKR en consecuencia. Este es un punto de partida natural; ya se tiene impulso y recursos aplicados, y ya se ha creado una base realista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este proyecto existente se convierte simult\u00e1neamente en un piloto de OKR y la planificaci\u00f3n de recursos adicionales se hace m\u00e1s sencilla y manejable. Cuando ofrecemos esta opci\u00f3n a los &#039;novatos en OKR&#039;, a menudo sentimos una sensaci\u00f3n de alivio ya que, naturalmente, no ten\u00edan idea de cu\u00e1l deber\u00eda ser el punto de partida con los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizar coaches OKR externos, incluso cuando se cuenta con coaches \u00e1giles experimentados dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n, es generalmente una idea excelente, ya que &quot;ojos especializados, experimentados y frescos&quot; pueden infundir las innovaciones, la energ\u00eda y el conocimiento de su organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plan piloto de implementaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro del escenario del proyecto piloto descrito anteriormente, el plan de implementaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda tener el siguiente aspecto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Involucrar a entrenadores\/consultores de OKR externos para explicar el estado actual de la organizaci\u00f3n, incluido el estado del proyecto actual identificado como punto de partida para la implementaci\u00f3n de OKR. Compartir la visi\u00f3n, el prop\u00f3sito y la misi\u00f3n de la empresa, as\u00ed como el sistema de valores y otros elementos de la cultura empresarial que ser\u00e1 \u00fatil que los consultores conozcan, puede ser un catalizador para el \u00e9xito. Los consultores pueden cometer errores innecesarios y perder una enorme cantidad de tiempo sin la informaci\u00f3n necesaria que proporcione el contexto y el panorama completo para una implementaci\u00f3n exitosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elegir a los consultores\/coaches adecuados es esencial para el \u00e9xito de la implementaci\u00f3n de OKR en su empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00f3mo podr\u00eda verse una posible implementaci\u00f3n de OKR con un enfoque en comenzar con un proyecto existente e impactante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Crear contexto: \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el estado actual de desempe\u00f1o y cultura de la empresa?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la taxonom\u00eda (clasificaci\u00f3n) y en qu\u00e9 proyectos est\u00e1n ocupados?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 proyectos implican <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workplace.com\/blog\/cross-team-collaboration\">colaboraci\u00f3n cruzada<\/a> y se consideran de gran impacto en la direcci\u00f3n futura de la empresa?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el nivel de exposici\u00f3n y uso de metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los principales obst\u00e1culos actuales relacionados con estos proyectos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Una vez que se ha creado el contexto y se ha identificado el proyecto piloto de OKR, podemos centrarnos en obtener la aceptaci\u00f3n de los OKR ofreciendo una educaci\u00f3n sobre OKR a la alta direcci\u00f3n y a todos los involucrados en el proyecto seleccionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3<\/strong>. Una vez que el nivel general de conocimiento de OKR sea suficiente para poder realizar un taller de redacci\u00f3n de OKR con el equipo del proyecto, podemos planificar la facilitaci\u00f3n del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Una vez finalizado el taller de redacci\u00f3n, podemos realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n de recursos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfTenemos los recursos humanos y la capacidad financiera para ejecutar con \u00e9xito este OKR?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfTenemos las habilidades necesarias para lograr estos OKR\/OKR? Si no, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos desarrollar estas habilidades en paralelo al despliegue del OKR?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.<\/strong> Podemos embarcarnos en la creaci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.trginternational.com\/what-okr-champion-and-why-they-crucial\">Campeones OKR<\/a> llev\u00e1ndolos a trav\u00e9s de cursos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la educaci\u00f3n introductoria de OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. <\/strong>Los consultores\/entrenadores externos pueden facilitar la implementaci\u00f3n de mejores pr\u00e1cticas clave para garantizar la sostenibilidad y el \u00e9xito del piloto de OKR, como facilitar los controles semanales iniciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. <\/strong>La disciplina es una parte crucial para crear un piloto OKR exitoso. No hay duda de que, al menos en alg\u00fan momento, se enfrentar\u00e1n dificultades, pero la motivaci\u00f3n y la disciplina para seguir adelante a pesar de los desaf\u00edos es un requisito para el \u00e9xito final. Es por eso que necesitamos defensores y defensores de OKR que apoyen a los dem\u00e1s siempre, pero especialmente en tiempos dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.<\/strong> Estamos validando la hip\u00f3tesis a trav\u00e9s de OKR.
