class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando leemos palabras sabias e impactantes que resuenan en nosotros, la dopamina fluye y nos sentimos bien. Esas palabras s\u00f3lo tendr\u00e1n un impacto duradero en nosotros y en aquellos en quienes influyemos cuando actuamos consistentemente en consecuencia. Lo que sigue son algunas citas pr\u00e1cticas que pueden ayudarnos a dar un paso adelante y lograr nuestros OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lograr los OKR no es tarea f\u00e1cil; requiere visi\u00f3n, acci\u00f3n audaz y <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/importance-teamwork-when-striving-operational-paul-ware-mba-lssbb\/\">excelencia en el trabajo en equipo<\/a>.<\/strong> Sin embargo, definitivamente vale la pena el esfuerzo, ya que creamos un estado futuro emocionante y deseado para todas nuestras partes interesadas al lograr objetivos y resultados clave priorizados y centrados en resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elegimos tres citas que, cuando se les da vida a trav\u00e9s de una acci\u00f3n constante, pueden tener un tremendo efecto positivo en el logro de objetivos de largo alcance como los OKR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los buenos l\u00edderes construyen productos. Cuando formamos colectivamente culturas positivas de alto desempe\u00f1o que sean inclusivas, colaborativas e innovadoras, creamos un entorno propicio para el logro de objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo anterior se ve reforzado por un sistema de valores pr\u00e1ctico y compartido, una Visi\u00f3n convincente y l\u00edderes que muestran el camino a seguir a trav\u00e9s de sus comportamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo lograremos los OKR aspiracionales si no poseemos las habilidades necesarias para lograrlos? Los l\u00edderes deben evaluar las brechas de habilidades existentes que deben eliminarse para lograr nuestros objetivos. Los l\u00edderes apoyan continuamente el desarrollo de su gente. No se trata s\u00f3lo de alcanzar metas sino tambi\u00e9n de enriquecer vidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los grandes l\u00edderes nunca dejan de trabajar en s\u00ed mismos y definen peri\u00f3dicamente formas nuevas y mejoradas de servir a su gente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cEl \u00e9xito es caminar de fracaso en fracaso sin perder el entusiasmo\u201d.<\/strong><br><br><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Winston Churchill<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ver el fracaso como una oportunidad de aprendizaje es \u00f3ptimo pero complejo, ya que el fracaso puede doler mucho, pero puede conducir a victorias cuando lo manejamos bien. Como l\u00edderes, debemos crear un entorno de aprendizaje constante y capturar esos aprendizajes durante cada revisi\u00f3n y reflexi\u00f3n de OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A este respecto, se requiere una fuerte orientaci\u00f3n hacia una mentalidad de crecimiento. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wgu.edu\/blog\/what-is-growth-mindset-8-steps-develop-one1904.html#:~:text=A%20growth%20mindset%20means%20that,are%20all%20susceptible%20to%20growth.\"><strong>mentalidad de crecimiento <\/strong><\/a>La orientaci\u00f3n nos permite mirar solo al pasado para aprender y luego aplicar esos aprendizajes en beneficio de nuestro equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cualquier fracaso del que se pueda aprender y transformarse en un \u00e9xito debe aceptarse y celebrarse plenamente, ya que probablemente sea la forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y eficaz de aprender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corresponde a quienes eligen liderar crear un entorno en el que el fracaso sea seguro.
