class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR y la &quot;gesti\u00f3n del tiempo&quot; son temas que dependen en gran medida unos de otros. Algo a considerar profundamente es que no se puede administrar el tiempo ya que todos tenemos la misma cantidad: 24 horas al d\u00eda. Sin embargo, puedes mejorar tu manejo en 24 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gestionar bien tu agenda significa que no est\u00e1s aumentando autom\u00e1ticamente tu rendimiento y el de tu equipo. Los elementos m\u00e1s esenciales para gestionarse bien son la priorizaci\u00f3n y la acci\u00f3n constante. Los mismos dos factores son fundamentales para la sostenibilidad y el \u00e9xito de los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos utilizar cualquier t\u00e9cnica, como el time boxing, pero si no estamos trabajando en nuestras prioridades identificadas, el time boxing no nos ayudar\u00e1 mucho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priorizaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el contexto de los OKR, la priorizaci\u00f3n no es un ejercicio individual sino un ejercicio de equipo conjunto para establecer nuestras prioridades claras. Sin embargo, la claridad de la importancia s\u00f3lo se puede lograr con claridad de visi\u00f3n y estrategias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nosotros, en la cima de la organizaci\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo podemos esperar que otros se gestionen bien cuando:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hemos co-creado una visi\u00f3n y hemos dejado muy claro cu\u00e1l es la visi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hemos co-creado estrategias, y quienes tienen que ejecutarlas tienen muy claro cu\u00e1l es la estrategia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hemos decidido colectivamente cu\u00e1les son las principales prioridades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hemos establecido OKR estrat\u00e9gicos que son poderosos, significativos y alineados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Realmente fomentamos la colaboraci\u00f3n y la confianza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hemos proporcionado pr\u00e1cticas <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/team-building\/\">Experiencias de desarrollo de habilidades para nuestros equipos.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preguntas para reflexionar sobre la &#039;Autogesti\u00f3n&#039;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La &quot;autogesti\u00f3n&quot; se vuelve m\u00e1s sencilla cuando llegamos a las respuestas a las siguientes preguntas a trav\u00e9s del autodescubrimiento, la experiencia y el consejo de otros:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son nuestras prioridades actuales?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 tiempo deber\u00eda dedicarse a las &quot;actividades relacionadas con el negocio habitual&quot; y qu\u00e9 tiempo deber\u00edamos dedicar a los OKR?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas reuniones son esenciales y c\u00f3mo podemos hacer que esas reuniones sean m\u00e1s efectivas?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como Performance Coach, lo primero que hago con un cliente es revisar su agenda, lo cual es muy revelador en t\u00e9rminos de prioridades reales y autogesti\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revisamos y evaluamos colectivamente si algunas reuniones se pueden eliminar por completo y, de no ser as\u00ed, c\u00f3mo podemos simplificarlas para que tomen menos tiempo. Libere tiempo concentr\u00e1ndose en las prioridades y celebrando reuniones m\u00e1s breves pero m\u00e1s potentes con un claro retorno de la inversi\u00f3n de su tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gary Vaynerchuk revela que uno de sus principales <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/marketing\/productivity-hacks\">trucos de productividad<\/a> es tener reuniones de 15 minutos generalmente. La mayor\u00eda de la gente tendr\u00eda esas reuniones que duran m\u00e1s de una hora. En promedio, puede ahorrar al menos diez horas por semana estableciendo prioridades y manteniendo reuniones enfocadas, es decir, si actualmente es propenso a tener reuniones que generalmente duran demasiado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Liberar su tiempo para lo que realmente importa le permite dedicar m\u00e1s tiempo a la parte m\u00e1s importante de los OKR, como, entre otros:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facilitar potentes talleres de redacci\u00f3n de OKR y realizar controles semanales proactivos e iterativos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abrumados por demasiadas reuniones, hay poca o ninguna oportunidad para la autorreflexi\u00f3n y el autodesarrollo. Tanto la reflexi\u00f3n como el desarrollo de habilidades son factores esenciales en la sostenibilidad y el \u00e9xito de los OKR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crear equipos autoorganizados y fomentar la autonom\u00eda son s\u00f3lo palabras hasta que apoyemos a todos los miembros del equipo a trav\u00e9s de un coaching pr\u00e1ctico sobre autogesti\u00f3n. Todos estos t\u00e9rminos, como &#039;gesti\u00f3n del tiempo&#039;, autogesti\u00f3n y m\u00e1s, son relativos:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su padre le pregunt\u00f3 a Sam: \u00bfQu\u00e9 has estado haciendo esta semana?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sam respondi\u00f3 con orgullo: Termin\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/simonsinek.com\/\">Sim\u00f3n Sineks<\/a>&#039; Finding You Why, y escrib\u00ed una tarea sobre Prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El padre de Sams sonri\u00f3 y pregunt\u00f3: \u00bfQu\u00e9 de lo que le\u00edste y escribiste esta semana pusiste en pr\u00e1ctica? \u00bfPuedes darme un ejemplo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;La semana que viene har\u00e9 algo al respecto, pap\u00e1. Estaba demasiado ocupada leyendo y escribiendo sobre el prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A menudo estamos tan ocupados en reuniones que tenemos poco o ning\u00fan tiempo para ejecutarlas. La autogesti\u00f3n consiste en crear oportunidades para que uno mismo sea eficaz en la ejecuci\u00f3n eliminando el desperdicio de su agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto, en t\u00e9rminos generales, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil decirlo que hacerlo, ya que somos criaturas de h\u00e1bitos. La priorizaci\u00f3n es un h\u00e1bito y una habilidad que debemos practicar a diario y eliminar el desperdicio de nuestras carreras y horarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo empezamos?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos empezar por:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medir lo que realmente importa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No s\u00f3lo redactar planes de acci\u00f3n sino priorizarlos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dejemos que la asignaci\u00f3n de tiempo refleje nuestras prioridades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No s\u00f3lo discutir los pr\u00f3ximos pasos, sino tambi\u00e9n tomarlos en orden de prioridad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Redacci\u00f3n de OKR potentes seg\u00fan prioridades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Liderando a tu equipo de la manera m\u00e1s efectiva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apoyando a su equipo a trav\u00e9s de un coaching priorizado y efectivo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Priorizar actividades de desarrollo de habilidades que nos ayuden a alcanzar nuestros objetivos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para medir lo que realmente importa y aprender a priorizar acciones que incluyan experiencias de desarrollo de habilidades que nos ayuden a lograr nuestros objetivos, \u00fanase a nuestro conjunto de
