c\u00f3mo solucionarlos) <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos cometemos errores honestos al buscar soluciones pr\u00e1cticas, y las estrategias deben ser aplaudidas porque brindan las mejores oportunidades de aprendizaje. No tener estrategia o tener una estrategia vaga<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La estrategia son puntos de diferenciaci\u00f3n de la competencia que son valiosos y significativos para todas las partes interesadas y diferencias que podemos preservar. Por ejemplo, Netflix eligi\u00f3 estrat\u00e9gicamente crear contenido original en lugar de transmitir \u00fanicamente el contenido de otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Simplemente seguir y no crear tu propio manual de OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada organizaci\u00f3n es \u00fanica y tiene su propio ciclo de vida, cultura y desaf\u00edos. Seguir las formas en que otros introducen los OKR en su organizaci\u00f3n es un error.
