sobre el futuro de una manera que inspire y motive\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La falta de claridad en nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n, combinada con una orientaci\u00f3n pasada en c\u00f3mo abordamos a las personas y los problemas, a menudo son culpables de no lograr nuestros objetivos de largo alcance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR est\u00e1n orientados al futuro y se sustentan mejor en una comunicaci\u00f3n positiva, motivadora y basada en el di\u00e1logo dirigida al futuro. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos hablar sobre el futuro de una manera que inspire y motive? \u2013 Es una pregunta fundamental que hay que responder tomando medidas, ya que la sostenibilidad y el \u00e9xito de los OKR dependen en gran medida de ello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es un hecho bien documentado e investigado que, a pesar de estar bien capacitados y pensar que son excelentes como entrenador, la mayor\u00eda de los gerentes todav\u00eda le dicen a la gente qu\u00e9 hacer. No se les puede culpar por esto, ya que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Es natural pensar que la forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de llegar a un resultado es decirle a la gente qu\u00e9 hacer en lugar de tener largas conversaciones sobre qu\u00e9 hacer a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El estilo de gesti\u00f3n comando-control es un h\u00e1bito arraigado en muchas culturas corporativas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lea lo siguiente <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/08\/most-managers-dont-know-how-to-coach-people-but-they-can-learn\"><strong>Art\u00edculo de Harvard Business Review<\/strong><\/a> sobre el estilo general de comunicaci\u00f3n y coaching de los directivos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se requiere un cambio en nuestro enfoque de comunicaci\u00f3n y mentalidad para tener \u00e9xito con los OKR a largo plazo. Por su propia naturaleza, como objetivos ambiciosos, los OKR no son f\u00e1ciles de lograr. Por lo tanto, la necesidad central de innovaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n se encuentra en el coraz\u00f3n de los OKR: los individuos, independientemente de su talento y habilidades, no pueden lograr objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos de largo alcance por s\u00ed solos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sea curioso con intenciones optimistas y seguras.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay dos tipos de confianza en los que podemos centrarnos a este respecto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Puedes entrar en una habitaci\u00f3n, creer que puedes resolver todos los problemas y tener las respuestas a todo por ti mismo. A esto se le llama confianza epist\u00e9mica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puedes entrar en una sala y creer, con absoluta confianza, que tienes la habilidad de facilitar, obtener y descubrir las respuestas correctas y colectivas de los miembros del equipo a lo largo del tiempo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es mucho m\u00e1s probable que la opci\u00f3n n\u00famero dos cree un entorno de confianza y colaboraci\u00f3n con el tiempo y conduzca a un mejor rendimiento de los OKR.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\"><strong>El tipo de confianza<\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\">mi<\/a> <\/strong>aludido en el punto dos anterior se llama confianza social. Esto se puede construir con el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una buena manera de generar confianza social es llegar a las reuniones bien preparado con preguntas excelentes que fomenten la colaboraci\u00f3n y tengan una intenci\u00f3n positiva. Mantenga las preguntas simples pero alineadas con los OKR que se han establecido:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fue un comienzo excelente para este OKR, ya que escribimos la intenci\u00f3n clara de lo que quer\u00edamos lograr. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos hacer que este OKR se centre m\u00e1s en los resultados y agregue valor al cliente?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo ayudar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me interesa mucho saber qu\u00e9 hicieron para generar impulso en este resultado clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este fue un trabajo excepcional; por favor dime exactamente c\u00f3mo lograste esto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fracasamos, pero eso es fant\u00e1stico: el fracaso es aprendizaje. \u00bfQu\u00e9 sab\u00edamos? \u00bfY qu\u00e9 podemos hacer diferente?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR y comunicaci\u00f3n dirigida al futuro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor\u00eda de nosotros tendemos a insistir en el pasado, lo cual es comprensible ya que es un punto de referencia realista y no sabemos exactamente lo que nos depara el futuro. Sin embargo, las referencias al pasado s\u00f3lo son beneficiosas cuando las utilizamos como una oportunidad para extraer aprendizajes positivos de \u00e9l. Como los OKR est\u00e1n orientados al futuro, van de la mano con <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/communication-goal-examples\">comunicaci\u00f3n orientada al futuro<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo podemos transformar conversaciones orientadas al pasado en comunicaci\u00f3n dirigida al futuro es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En lugar de &quot;insistir&quot; en el comportamiento pasado de un miembro del equipo que usted considera improductivo, puede preguntar: \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 le gustar\u00eda ser conocido?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el contexto de hacer esta pregunta con una intenci\u00f3n positiva y de apoyo, puede crear una imagen positiva en la mente de los miembros del equipo de un estado futuro deseado. El clima en torno a la conversaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s positivo si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentimeter.com\/blog\/stand-out-get-ahead\/how-to-create-open-ended-questions\"><strong>preguntas bien construidas<\/strong><\/a> como estos se preguntan. Probablemente sea m\u00e1s negativo si repetidamente hacemos declaraciones sobre el comportamiento pasado de los miembros del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es probable que el uso de comunicaci\u00f3n dirigida al futuro durante las reuniones relacionadas con los OKR, como reuniones p\u00fablicas, controles y revisiones, cree un clima motivador en torno a los OKR, especialmente cuando ustedes, como equipo, solo se refieren al pasado como punto de referencia para aprendiendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR alineados con el prop\u00f3sito operativo, las estrategias y la visi\u00f3n de la empresa existen para crear un estado futuro deseado para todas las partes interesadas. Un factor importante para que los OKR sean sostenibles y exitosos es garantizar una comunicaci\u00f3n positiva, transparente y orientada al futuro.
