class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.workpath.com\/magazine\/okr-google\"><strong>El \u00e9xito de Google con el uso de OKR<\/strong><\/a> est\u00e1 bien documentado. Netflix ejecut\u00f3 su estrategia de abrir nuevos caminos creando su contenido original en parte mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de OKR. Otras empresas de fama mundial como Tesla, BMW y Microsoft utilizan los OKR como metodolog\u00eda \u00e1gil de establecimiento de objetivos. Est\u00e1n ganando el juego empresarial con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas globales de OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunos participantes de los cursos para profesionales y l\u00edderes del Instituto OKR comentan que han le\u00eddo sobre la implementaci\u00f3n exitosa de OKR por parte de empresas famosas, pero rara vez lo han visto o experimentado. Nuestra respuesta general al comentario anterior es que se cometen errores comunes al implementar OKR que se pueden prevenir o superar siguiendo las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como Instituto OKR, hemos tenido la suerte de capacitar e implementar OKR en todo el mundo en muchas industrias. Hemos aprendido y aplicado varias mejores pr\u00e1cticas que hacen que los OKR sean sostenibles y exitosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un error com\u00fan de los OKR es que algunos equipos inicialmente piensan que se trata de establecer los OKR de manera eficiente y que el resto se solucionar\u00e1 solo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR se adaptan muy bien a m\u00e9todos de trabajo nuevos e inspiradores en los que las personas est\u00e1n m\u00e1s conectadas entre s\u00ed y con sus trabajos. La mayor\u00eda de los miembros del equipo preguntan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 metodolog\u00edas se utilizan mejor? \u00bfDeber\u00edamos utilizar m\u00e9todos \u00e1giles, OKR y KPI o deber\u00edamos, por ejemplo, utilizar \u00fanicamente OKR? La respuesta simple es que puedes usarlo todo, ya que todos se complementan entre s\u00ed. Por ejemplo, un KPI no saludable, como una disminuci\u00f3n en las ventas, se puede convertir en uno saludable a trav\u00e9s de un marco OKR. Por otro lado, un OKR completo puede convertirse en un KPI, ya que usted, como equipo, ha demostrado que puede alcanzar este objetivo de largo alcance y ahora sabe exactamente c\u00f3mo hacerlo, ahora puede convertirse en &quot;lo de siempre&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las siguientes son nuestras mejores pr\u00e1cticas OKR recomendadas. Hemos recopilado estas pr\u00e1cticas en funci\u00f3n de nuestra experiencia global en el asesoramiento y la implementaci\u00f3n de OKR en m\u00faltiples industrias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mejores pr\u00e1cticas de OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>&#039;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbescoachescouncil\/2022\/02\/17\/the-great-prioritization-managing-workload-when-there-are-fewer-people-to-do-the-work\/?sh=1acd3eb54aa8\">Menos es m\u00e1s<\/a>&#039; <\/strong>\u2013 Tener entre tres y cinco OKR por equipo. &#039;Mida lo que realmente importa&#039;. El enfoque es un factor cr\u00edtico de \u00e9xito para el logro de objetivos, y el enfoque se diluye con cada objetivo adicional que se establece. No responder claramente a esta pregunta y no asignar los recursos necesarios para lograr un OKR o un OKR suele ser muy perjudicial para el logro de los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6. <strong>Crea &#039;campeones de OKR&#039;.<\/strong> Un campe\u00f3n de OKR es, en primer lugar, alguien que cree firmemente en el poder de los OKR. Tambi\u00e9n es una persona que ha recibido una amplia formaci\u00f3n sobre OKR y, por ejemplo, ha realizado una serie de cursos para desarrollar nuestro conocimiento pr\u00e1ctico.
