<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfLos OKR de sus empresas est\u00e1n alineados con estrategias claras y relevantes? \u2013 Es una pregunta significativa porque, en ausencia de claridad tanto en la Visi\u00f3n como en la(s) estrategia(s), es posible que nuestros OKR se redacten de forma aislada, desalineada y, en \u00faltima instancia, intrascendente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Redactar OKR potentes y centrados en los resultados puede ser un primer paso importante para tener \u00e9xito en \u00faltima instancia con la utilizaci\u00f3n de OKR en su organizaci\u00f3n, pero la actividad de redactar OKR en s\u00ed misma no es una garant\u00eda de \u00e9xito. Otras mejores pr\u00e1cticas para garantizar tanto el \u00e9xito como la sostenibilidad de los OKR incluyen, entre otras, las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alinear los OKR con estrategias claras y relevantes y, en \u00faltima instancia, con la Visi\u00f3n de la empresa<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alinear los OKR con un prop\u00f3sito operativo (el prop\u00f3sito puede ser un poderoso impulsor para lograr objetivos de gran alcance)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluaci\u00f3n de la capacidad: \u00bfQu\u00e9 capacidad de recursos humanos y capacidad financiera tenemos o necesitamos desarrollar para lograr nuestros OKR?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alineaci\u00f3n de los OKR a la Cultura de su empresa (Utilice un sistema de valor incorporado como filtro para la toma de decisiones durante el despliegue de los OKR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcg.com\/publications\/2023\/your-strategy-is-only-as-good-as-your-skills\"><strong>Desarrollo de capacidades de habilidades: su estrategia (y OKR) son tan buenos como sus habilidades<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementaci\u00f3n efectiva de OKR (creando la aceptaci\u00f3n de las partes interesadas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claridad de comunicaci\u00f3n y transparencia: la comunicaci\u00f3n clara y la confianza forman el pegamento que mantiene unidos todos los elementos del rendimiento de los OKR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A los efectos de este escrito, nos centraremos en la mejor pr\u00e1ctica de Alinear OKRS con estrategias claras y relevantes y, en \u00faltima instancia, con la visi\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/1996\/11\/what-is-strategy#:~:text=It%20refers%20to%20any%20number,similar%20activities%20in%20different%20ways.\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la estrategia?<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La estrategia o estrategias consiste en puntos de diferenciaci\u00f3n de nuestros competidores, que son de alto impacto en nuestra industria y mercados, que podemos preservar. Para ser m\u00e1s claros sobre qu\u00e9 es la estrategia, podemos elaborar qu\u00e9 estrategia no lo es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>La estrategia o las estrategias no son metas u objetivos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La estrategia no es eficacia operativa: la eficacia operativa es una capacidad esencial pero no es una estrategia. La eficacia operativa, en t\u00e9rminos generales, no crear\u00e1 una ventaja competitiva sostenible, ya que todos o algunos de sus competidores pueden luchar por ella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La estrategia no es una Visi\u00f3n o misi\u00f3n, ni es un conjunto de valores, pero las estrategias pueden alinearse y\/o integrarse con lo anterior. Sin embargo, una Visi\u00f3n puede destilarse en estrategia o estrategias.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos crear claridad de Estrategia\/Estrategias?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dado que la mentalidad de quienes crean estrategias a menudo difiere de la de quienes tienen que ejecutarlas, se requiere una convergencia de mentalidades para formular estrategias excelentes y luego ejecutarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los reyes vikingos, Yarls y Earls (l\u00edderes), los se\u00f1ores de la guerra samur\u00e1is y los reyes espartanos a menudo se pod\u00edan encontrar en el campo de batalla con sus hombres, no solo observando sino luchando ferozmente, en parte, como una forma de garantizar que sus estrategias de guerra premoldeadas ser\u00edan ejecutado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Necesita una &#039;estrategia para su estrategia&#039;, es decir, un marco para la formulaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de la estrategia que asegure que se tomen medidas coherentes e iterativas para dar vida a la estrategia y tener \u00e9xito en ella. Una parte esencial de este marco es que los l\u00edderes no est\u00e1n separados de la ejecuci\u00f3n de la estrategia, sino que forman parte integral de ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuando los l\u00edderes formulan estrategias pero se separan de la ejecuci\u00f3n de las mismas:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Generalmente etiquetan las preguntas relacionadas con sus estrategias planteadas por aquellos que tienen que ejecutar, como resistencia al cambio. Estas pueden haber sido solo preguntas de aclaraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No puede servir de ejemplo a su gente en relaci\u00f3n con el logro de ventajas estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pueden convertirse ellos mismos en una barrera para la ejecuci\u00f3n, ya que es posible que no tengan experiencia pr\u00e1ctica ni comprensi\u00f3n de lo que est\u00e1 pasando su gente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arriesgarse a que se perciba que solo practican una orientaci\u00f3n de &#039;mando-control&#039; y que no inspiran a su gente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las estrategias pueden aclararse asegurando que los l\u00edderes participen en su ejecuci\u00f3n e involucrando a los miembros del equipo en la creaci\u00f3n y formulaci\u00f3n de la estrategia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos involucrar m\u00e1s a los miembros de nuestro equipo en la creaci\u00f3n y formulaci\u00f3n de estrategias?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos invitar a los miembros de nuestro equipo a ser parte de la creaci\u00f3n y formulaci\u00f3n de la estrategia haci\u00e9ndoles preguntas conmovedoras como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tuvieras que &#039;ponerte el l\u00edmite de las competencias&#039;, \u00bfc\u00f3mo har\u00edas para vencernos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les cree que son nuestras principales prioridades en t\u00e9rminos de obtener claras ventajas competitivas en este momento?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 no estamos viendo o considerando? (\u00bfCu\u00e1les crees que son nuestros puntos ciegos y debilidades?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/strength-finding-tests\/\">\u00bfNuestras fortalezas realmente siguen siendo nuestras fortalezas?<\/a>hs? <\/strong>(\u00bfTodo aquello en lo que somos buenos y en lo que nos centramos sigue siendo realmente importante y relevante?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estrategias y OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para garantizar que nuestros OKR est\u00e9n alineados tanto con la Visi\u00f3n de la empresa como con la estrategia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Podemos destilar nuestra Visi\u00f3n en estrategia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luego crear Temas Estrat\u00e9gicos o pilares derivados de nuestra estrategia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Convierte esos temas o pilares estrat\u00e9gicos en
