crucial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gesti\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/mckinsey-explainers\/what-is-an-effective-meeting\"><strong>reuniones<\/strong><\/a> sigue estando a la orden del d\u00eda. Si queremos crear un \u00e9xito sostenible para nuestra empresa y para nosotros mismos, haremos bien en ser conscientes de pasar demasiado tiempo en reuniones y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante, ser muy cautelosos con las reuniones en las que no se logra ning\u00fan retorno de la inversi\u00f3n en nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es simplemente un paso entre varios para establecer OKR centrados en resultados y alineados. Sin embargo, hay m\u00e1s en el \u00e9xito sostenible de los OKR, y la comunicaci\u00f3n positiva, transparente y centrada en la soluci\u00f3n juega un papel vital en este sentido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; <strong>Busque primero comprender antes de buscar ser comprendido.<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=Awr1TbKeeThl2McZH6jjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1698228766\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fwww.franklincovey.com%2fthe-7-habits%2f\/RK=2\/RS=ByPL2SkKTu04ysgwWOePyCRjN5s-\">Stephen R. Covey<\/a><\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una pregunta que se plantea con frecuencia a los asistentes a nuestro curso de Liderazgo OKR es: \u00bfCree que todav\u00eda es un hecho habitual en su organizaci\u00f3n que muy pocas personas en el equipo son las que m\u00e1s hablan durante las reuniones y el resto solo asiente con la cabeza? ? Hasta ahora, m\u00e1s del noventa por ciento de nuestros participantes dicen que el escenario descrito anteriormente sigue siendo el caso dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n. Hay varios desaf\u00edos en este escenario:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No es un enfoque inclusivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solo aprendes cuando escuchas, no cuando hablas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No es un enfoque colaborativo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es un enfoque de comando y control y no un entorno donde las soluciones se crean conjuntamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No sabr\u00edas lo que otros est\u00e1n pensando si no llegan a contribuir a la reuni\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es potencialmente peligroso hacer numerosas declaraciones durante las reuniones, ya que es dif\u00edcil retractarse. Las preguntas, sin embargo, en el contexto de la &#039;indagaci\u00f3n positiva&#039;, fomentan la colaboraci\u00f3n y estimulan el pensamiento positivo y centrado en la soluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tendemos a prepararnos para las reuniones con qu\u00e9 decir. Cuando transformemos ese h\u00e1bito preparando excelentes preguntas para las discusiones, mejoraremos los resultados de nuestras reuniones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muchas veces no vemos <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alert-software.com\/blog\/improve-internal-communications\">La comunicaci\u00f3n como m\u00e9trica de desempe\u00f1o.<\/a>.<\/strong> Sin embargo, si monitoreamos de cerca los resultados de cada participaci\u00f3n, ya sean reuniones, controles de OKR o sesiones de coaching, se nos abrir\u00e1n los ojos sobre c\u00f3mo nuestra forma y frecuencia de comunicaci\u00f3n impactan el desempe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simplemente considere cu\u00e1nto tiempo estamos perdiendo al estar &#039;enfocados en el problema&#039; (sobrecomunicando los problemas y el impacto negativo de los mismos) en lugar de estar enfocados en la soluci\u00f3n (expresar brevemente los problemas y luego enfocarnos en posibles soluciones positivas) y c\u00f3mo afecta nuestra moral cuando abrumarnos con una orientaci\u00f3n negativa en nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lea el siguiente art\u00edculo de Harvard Business Review sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/11\/how-great-leaders-communicate\"><strong>c\u00f3mo se comunican los grandes l\u00edderes.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Factores de \u00e9xito de OKR<br><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay bastantes factores de \u00e9xito para los OKR como, entre otros:<br><br>\u2705 Un enfoque de resultados<br>\u2705 Un fuerte enfoque en las prioridades<br>\u2705 Transparencia<br>\u2705 Alineaci\u00f3n<br>\u2705 Ejecuci\u00f3n de estrategia<br><br>Como hay una cantidad significativa de elementos del \u00e9xito de los OKR a considerar, podr\u00edamos olvidarnos de poner \u00e9nfasis en c\u00f3mo nos comunicamos durante la implementaci\u00f3n de los OKR. La comunicaci\u00f3n es en realidad &quot;el pegamento que mantiene unidos todos los elementos anteriores&quot;.<br><br>Como l\u00edderes y entrenadores, har\u00edamos bien en considerar c\u00f3mo la comunicaci\u00f3n afecta nuestro desempe\u00f1o de OKR. Dentro del &#039;esp\u00edritu&#039; de Agile y OKR, deber\u00edamos:<br><br>\u2795 Alinear nuestras reuniones (Townhalls, reuniones, registros, sesiones de entrenamiento) a los resultados<br>\u2795 Ser m\u00e1s inclusivos en nuestras reuniones: dar voz a todos. Una actitud de descubrir conjuntamente cu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de avanzar, haciendo preguntas colaborativas en lugar de hablar en exceso por uno o dos individuos es m\u00e1s conducente tanto a la din\u00e1mica de equipo positiva como al alto rendimiento.<br>\u2795 Limitar el tiempo dedicado a las reuniones centr\u00e1ndose en lo que realmente importa y teniendo pocos pero importantes puntos en la agenda.<br>\u2795 Centr\u00e1ndonos en la soluci\u00f3n en nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n: debemos dar ejemplo como l\u00edderes y entrenadores.<br>\u2795 Sea transparente. \u00bfC\u00f3mo pueden nuestros equipos y miembros del equipo alinear sus OKR con la visi\u00f3n y las estrategias de la empresa si eso no est\u00e1 claro?<br><br>Al centrarnos en c\u00f3mo nos comunicamos y qu\u00e9 tan efectiva es nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n, podemos crear un fuerte &#039;retorno de la inversi\u00f3n&#039; de nuestro tiempo invertido en sesiones de capacitaci\u00f3n, registros y ayuntamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forma en que nos comunicamos (tanto verbal como no verbalmente) es la parte m\u00e1s visible e impactante de nuestra cultura. Cuando todos los miembros del equipo reciben un entrenamiento de comunicaci\u00f3n eficaz, incluida la comprensi\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo manejar los conflictos, beneficiar\u00e1 a todas las partes
