de la monta\u00f1a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR y el autodesarrollo son elementos sin\u00e9rgicos para construir una organizaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida y orientada hacia el futuro. Compartimos 5 &#039;Clich\u00e9s procesables&#039; en forma de citas que pueden ayudarlo a capitalizar los mecanismos motivadores inherentes a los marcos OKR. Lo que pasa con los clich\u00e9s es que a menudo son ciertos, y por &#039;clich\u00e9s procesables&#039; nos referimos a transformar estas cosas que se dicen una y otra vez, en \u00e9xitos tangibles para su empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No te amargues; mejorar<\/h4>\n<cite>bosque de tigres<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al recibir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccl.org\/articles\/leading-effectively-articles\/review-time-how-to-give-different-types-of-feedback\/\"><strong>comentario <\/strong><\/a>que percibes como negativo, especialmente cuando es inesperado, puede ser muy duro. Tambi\u00e9n es probable que nos amarguemos y alberguemos resentimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al se\u00f1alarnos primero a nosotros mismos, nos enfocamos en el desarrollo personal y en el desarrollo del equipo. Convertir &#039;no te amargues, mejora&#039; en un clich\u00e9 pr\u00e1ctico te ayudar\u00e1 a aumentar la confianza en ti mismo y el rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mu\u00e9vete, pero no como te hace mover el miedo <\/h4>\n<cite><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rumi\"><strong>rumi<\/strong><\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El miedo puede ser debilitante y puede hacer que todo se detenga, o al menos ralentizarnos significativamente. Como seres humanos, definitivamente es normal experimentar miedo, pero en \u00faltima instancia tenemos una opci\u00f3n: vivir con miedo o vivir con confianza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando construimos din\u00e1micas de equipo positivas, perseguimos colectivamente metas y visiones compartidas y co-creadas, y fomentamos la transparencia, la creatividad y la colaboraci\u00f3n, estamos generando confianza para crear el estado futuro deseado de la empresa. Cuanto m\u00e1s fuerte sea la confianza (no la arrogancia), menor ser\u00e1 el miedo. El \u00e9xito de los OKR y el autodesarrollo depende en gran medida de los niveles de confianza dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomar decisiones con confianza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomando acci\u00f3n con todas tus fuerzas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creer en ti mismo y en tu equipo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Te ayudar\u00e1 a convertir &#039;Mu\u00e9vete, pero no como te hace mover el miedo&#039;, en un clich\u00e9 accionable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nunca, nunca, nunca, nunca, nunca te rindas<\/h4>\n<cite>Winston Churchill<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que hayamos creado cuidadosamente nuestra Visi\u00f3n, estrategias y objetivos, y hayamos galvanizado a nuestros equipos en torno a ellos, debemos perseverar y superar los obst\u00e1culos en conjunto. No se hace hasta que se hace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Renunciar es algo muy f\u00e1cil de hacer, especialmente cuando te sientes abrumado.
