OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/04\/keeping-sight-of-your-companys-long-term-vision\"><strong>Declaraciones de visi\u00f3n, misi\u00f3n, prop\u00f3sito y valores de las empresas<\/strong><\/a> a menudo se muestran en las paredes de sus oficinas centrales y sucursales o puntos de venta individuales y en sus respectivos sitios web. La \u201cclaridad de visi\u00f3n\u201d puede aumentar dr\u00e1sticamente el rendimiento relacionado con los OKR en contextos espec\u00edficos, lo que se explorar\u00e1 m\u00e1s a fondo en este art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cQueremos ser el l\u00edder del mercado en Alemania\u201d, exclama el director general de la empresa. \u00bfQu\u00e9 significa eso en t\u00e9rminos pr\u00e1cticos y c\u00f3mo lo definir\u00edamos internamente para aclarar el significado a todos los miembros del equipo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQueremos ser la mejor, m\u00e1s grande y\/o la empresa m\u00e1s rentable en nuestro segmento de mercado? Y una vez que hayamos elegido, \u00bfcon qu\u00e9 m\u00e9trica se demostrar\u00e1 que somos la empresa m\u00e1s grande, la mejor o la m\u00e1s rentable? Tambi\u00e9n depende de nuestra definici\u00f3n colectiva, como empresa, de lo que realmente significa el \u00e9xito para nosotros, por ejemplo, qu\u00e9 impacto duradero y positivo queremos tener en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sociedad (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/tracybrower\/2021\/08\/22\/the-power-of-purpose-and-why-it-matters-now\/?sh=198c88cd163a\"><strong>nuestro prop\u00f3sito<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El medio ambiente (elemento ambiental de nuestra visi\u00f3n y OKR relacionados con ESG)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestra gente (OKR internos de RRHH)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alineaci\u00f3n de OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que la Visi\u00f3n antes mencionada se co-cree y\/o aclare, si ya se ha creado, este alto nivel de claridad nos brinda una oportunidad \u00fanica para alinear nuestros OKR de una manera m\u00e1s directa, verticalmente. La alineaci\u00f3n vertical se refiere a alinear los OKR del equipo con los OKR estrat\u00e9gicos y, en \u00faltima instancia, alinear nuestros OKR estrat\u00e9gicos con la Visi\u00f3n de la empresa. Si existe una alineaci\u00f3n vertical de calidad dentro de sus OKR organizacionales, significa que la actualizaci\u00f3n de los OKR representa un salto claro hacia la actualizaci\u00f3n de la Visi\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, si solo una minor\u00eda significativa de personas dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n conocen la visi\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo se define interna y claramente, ser\u00eda muy dif\u00edcil lograrla en \u00faltima instancia. Hay cuatro elementos en una visi\u00f3n que pueden hacer que sea mucho m\u00e1s sencillo (pero no tan simple como una visi\u00f3n es una meta de largo alcance) de alcanzar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Cuando una Visi\u00f3n es clara y definida, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de entender y ejecutar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando una Visi\u00f3n es convincente, obtener aceptaci\u00f3n es mucho m\u00e1s simple.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando una visi\u00f3n es inspiradora para la mayor\u00eda de la empresa y la sociedad, es una tarea menos compleja actualizar la visi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando los OKR potentes y centrados en los resultados se alinean verticalmente con la visi\u00f3n de la empresa, es mucho m\u00e1s probable que la visi\u00f3n se convierta en realidad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando un boxeador profesional de alto rango tiene la visi\u00f3n de convertirse en campe\u00f3n mundial, es simple visualizarse a s\u00ed mismo con el cintur\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo alrededor de su cintura. Al ganar la pelea por el t\u00edtulo y colocarse el codiciado t\u00edtulo alrededor de \u00e9l, sabe que ha hecho realidad su visi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El caso de negocios relacionado con Vision es m\u00e1s complejo que nuestro ejemplo del mundo del deporte y puede no ser tan claro desde el principio; por lo tanto, es tiempo bien invertido en crear m\u00e1s claridad. \u00bfQueremos ser m\u00e1s grandes que Apple por capitalizaci\u00f3n de mercado? Si ese es el caso, tendremos que mejorar la capitalizaci\u00f3n de mercado de $2.54 Trillion que ha logrado Apple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ser la empresa m\u00e1s grande no significa necesariamente que ser\u00e1s la m\u00e1s rentable, ni necesariamente la mejor (brindando el mejor servicio). No aborda el impacto que desea tener (crear empleos de alta calidad, mejorar vidas, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es posible que estemos extremadamente bien financiados como compa\u00f1\u00eda a\u00e9rea y, como resultado, tengamos la flota m\u00e1s grande, pero nuevamente, esto no significa que seamos los m\u00e1s rentables ni los mejores en su clase en lo que respecta al servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que el estado final deseado que tenemos en mente est\u00e1 claramente definido y sabemos exactamente lo que queremos lograr en \u00faltima instancia, queda m\u00e1s claro en qu\u00e9 enfocarnos cuando hacemos la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica. Es m\u00e1s sencillo que crear OKRs y KPIs a partir de nuestras estrategias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de nuestras estrategias para diferenciarnos de la competencia como aerol\u00ednea podr\u00eda ser hacer que la capacitaci\u00f3n de servicio en nuestra academia est\u00e9 a\u00fan m\u00e1s enfocada en los resultados (para el pasajero) y orientada a un prop\u00f3sito (no somos simplemente personas que vuelan; realmente las conectamos a lo que es prioritario para ellos). Ser impulsado por un prop\u00f3sito es un elemento clave de OKR Performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;A partir de esta estrategia que est\u00e1 claramente alineada con nuestra visi\u00f3n clarificada, ahora podemos escribir OKR orientados a resultados y servicios para respaldar esta estrategia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nuestros Pasajeros experimentan el verdadero placer de viajar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KR#1 Mejorar la calificaci\u00f3n de satisfacci\u00f3n de los pasajeros de 78% a 95%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KR#2 Reducir el tiempo de embarque de _____ a _______<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KR#3 Reducir el tiempo de respuesta para consultas de cualquier pasajero de _____ a ________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/courses\/okr-leadership-course\/\"><strong>\u00danase al curso de Liderazgo del Instituto OKR<\/strong><\/a>, que trata esencialmente sobre el desempe\u00f1o sostenible de los OKR para aprender c\u00f3mo actualizar la visi\u00f3n de su empresa a trav\u00e9s de OKR poderosos y alineados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En \u00faltima instancia, es una comunicaci\u00f3n enfocada, transparente, clara y simple lo que forma el pegamento que mantiene unido el desempe\u00f1o de los OKR.
