class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki Aizawa naci\u00f3 en el mundo del esp\u00edritu empresarial y en la mentalidad de cuestionar el status quo. Sus padres fueron due\u00f1os de varios negocios durante d\u00e9cadas y ella continu\u00f3 con la tendencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando nuestra conversaci\u00f3n gir\u00f3 hacia Mujeres en la tecnolog\u00eda, Yuki se refiri\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/ikigai\/\">&#039;Ikigai&#039; <\/a>la interpretaci\u00f3n japonesa del concepto de tener un prop\u00f3sito, o m\u00e1s significado e impacto en tu vida. &#039;Ikigai&#039;, traducido libremente como raz\u00f3n de ser, es un enfoque equilibrado para encontrar m\u00e1s impacto y significado y se centra en prop\u00f3sitos personales, familiares y comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yuki no solo es la directora nacional de Mujeres en Tecnolog\u00eda de Malasia, sino que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 muy involucrada en la transformaci\u00f3n del panorama empresarial para las mujeres en la regi\u00f3n APAC. Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1 muy motivada para tener un impacto en Jap\u00f3n, donde el gobierno tiene un enfoque actual en el desarrollo de una escena vibrante de puesta en marcha con un ecosistema s\u00f3lido de apoyo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A menudo, los entrenadores, l\u00edderes y capacitadores nos ense\u00f1an que no debemos &#039;diluir nuestro enfoque&#039; e involucrarnos en demasiadas empresas; sin embargo, siempre hay excepciones a las reglas. Yuki y yo discutimos m\u00e1s sobre el liderazgo y mencionamos una definici\u00f3n m\u00e1s estrecha de liderazgo que hace que el concepto sea m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctico:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl liderazgo es la capacidad de inspirar a las personas para que alcancen colectivamente un estado futuro deseado\u201d. A menudo las estrategias y objetivos no logran actualizarse (90% de la \u00e9poca seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/354944\/leaders-bring-strategy-back-focus.aspx\">Harvard y Gallup)<\/a> principalmente porque hay una falta de claridad sobre el significado de las estrategias y c\u00f3mo ejecutarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanto las estrategias como los objetivos pueden aclararse mediante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ser m\u00e1s inclusivos en la creaci\u00f3n de los mismos (Dar voz al cliente, y miembros del equipo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplific\u00e1ndolo deliberadamente, lo que simplifica tanto la comprensi\u00f3n como la ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alineaci\u00f3n transparente de estrategias y objetivos a la visi\u00f3n de la empresa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women in Tech tiene una visi\u00f3n clara y los pasos para llegar all\u00ed son cada vez m\u00e1s claros a medida que crece su membres\u00eda, lanzan m\u00e1s cap\u00edtulos y abogan por el empoderamiento de las mujeres empresarias y profesionales de la tecnolog\u00eda.
