del establecimiento de objetivos y veremos m\u00e1s de cerca el futuro de los objetivos y metas.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Las ra\u00edces de <a establecimiento de metas<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El establecimiento de objetivos ha existido durante siglos, profundamente arraigado en el tejido de la civilizaci\u00f3n humana. Desde las civilizaciones antiguas hasta los tiempos modernos, los seres humanos siempre se han sentido impulsados a lograr algo significativo. Los primeros fil\u00f3sofos como Arist\u00f3teles y Plat\u00f3n reflexionaron sobre la idea del comportamiento dirigido a metas, reconociendo la importancia de esforzarse por alcanzar objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, fue en la d\u00e9cada de 1960 cuando las teor\u00edas del establecimiento de objetivos ganaron un impulso significativo. Pioneros como Edwin Locke y Gary Latham investigaron exhaustivamente el impacto de establecer metas espec\u00edficas y desafiantes en el desempe\u00f1o y la motivaci\u00f3n individuales. Esto marc\u00f3 un cambio de paradigma en la forma en que abordamos el establecimiento de objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peter Drucker introdujo la gesti\u00f3n por objetivos a finales de los a\u00f1os sesenta y se centr\u00f3 fuertemente en los objetivos que reflejaban las prioridades de la empresa. A principios de los ochenta, vimos surgir los KPI y a principios de los noventa se introdujo un Cuadro de Mando Integral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/blog\/productivity\/how-to-write-smart-goals\">Metas INTELIGENTES<\/a>: Un cambio de paradigma<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasaron algunas d\u00e9cadas y un nuevo m\u00e9todo de establecimiento de objetivos capt\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n de profesionales de todo el mundo. Este m\u00e9todo, conocido como objetivos SMART, es un acr\u00f3nimo de Espec\u00edfico, Medible, Alcanzable, Relevante y Delimitado en el Tiempo. La idea era simple pero poderosa: las personas y las organizaciones podr\u00edan aumentar sus posibilidades de \u00e9xito estableciendo objetivos que cumplieran estos cinco requisitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los objetivos SMART proporcionaron un marco estructurado, aportando claridad y enfoque al proceso de establecimiento de objetivos. Ayudaron a las personas a definir sus objetivos, medir el progreso y mantenerse motivados. Este m\u00e9todo se convirti\u00f3 en el est\u00e1ndar de oro para el establecimiento de objetivos en diversas industrias, y las organizaciones lo adoptaron como piedra angular para la gesti\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, a pesar de su adopci\u00f3n generalizada y sus numerosos beneficios, los objetivos SMART ten\u00edan sus limitaciones. No lograron proporcionar un enfoque integral para el logro de objetivos y a menudo necesitaron m\u00e1s flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a las circunstancias cambiantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los objetivos SMART no se centran necesariamente en los resultados sino que, en t\u00e9rminos generales, se centran en los resultados. Los resultados explican los beneficios y el valor agregado para las partes interesadas en el logro de las metas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los productos son actividades, pero no necesariamente est\u00e1n priorizados ni alineados con los resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El auge de los OKR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingrese a los OKR, una metodolog\u00eda de establecimiento de objetivos que surgi\u00f3 en la d\u00e9cada de 1970 y gan\u00f3 una popularidad significativa en la industria tecnol\u00f3gica. Originarios de Intel y luego popularizados por Google, los OKR arrasaron en el panorama tradicional de establecimiento de objetivos. Andy Grove de Intel introdujo los OKR como un m\u00e9todo para superar a su competencia, que en ese momento era principalmente Motorola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los marcos de OKR son un m\u00e9todo \u00e1gil de establecimiento de objetivos, lo que significa que se fomenta la colaboraci\u00f3n, un alto grado de autonom\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la orientaci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR significan objetivos y resultados clave.
