diferencia?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;OKR Busyness&#039; y &#039;OKR Success&#039;, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es la diferencia y por qu\u00e9 es importante? Los objetivos y los resultados clave solo se pueden lograr cuando nuestros equipos est\u00e1n constantemente ocupados con las &#039;cosas correctas&#039; que producen resultados. En el contexto del rendimiento de los OKR, los t\u00e9rminos &quot;ocupaci\u00f3n&quot; y &quot;productividad&quot; requieren un alto grado de aclaraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ajetreo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puede ser justo decir que muchas personas no pueden esperar para decirnos cu\u00e1n ocupadas est\u00e1n. &#039;Estoy extremadamente ocupado&#039; se ha convertido en una &#039;frase de moda&#039; para responder a la pregunta clich\u00e9 de &#039;\u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1s?&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PERO<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfEstamos realmente ocupados?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEstamos ocupados con prioridades o solo tareas aleatorias para validar que est\u00e1 ocupado?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEstamos enfocados o ocupados con actividades en un amplio espectro y no podemos enfocarnos en la calidad?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEstamos produciendo los resultados deseados al estar ocupados?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEstamos haciendo un h\u00e1bito de estar ocupados o reflexionando regularmente sobre lo que funciona y lo que no funciona? \u00bfNos estamos adaptando?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEstamos ocupados trabajando juntos en una visi\u00f3n compartida o estamos activos por el simple hecho de estar activos?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/05\/the-busyness-trap\">Un art\u00edculo reciente de Harvard Business Review <\/a>&#039;desempaqueta&#039; el concepto de estar ocupado, c\u00f3mo se ha convertido en un s\u00edmbolo de estatus y c\u00f3mo afecta el desempe\u00f1o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tendr\u00edamos que estar ocupados con prioridades y actividades sobre las que tenemos control o actividades en las que podemos influir, para lograr nuestros objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Productividad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2021\/01\/productivity-is-about-your-systems-not-your-people\">Productividad<\/a> pueden resumirse en los conceptos de &quot;eficiencia&quot; y &quot;efectividad&quot; con fines de clarificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La eficiencia es &#039;hacer lo correcto&#039;: es lo correcto para ejecutar campa\u00f1as de marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La eficacia es &#039;hacer lo correcto, de la manera correcta, para que produzca resultados&#039;: ejecutar las mismas campa\u00f1as de marketing basadas en campa\u00f1as exitosas anteriores y una investigaci\u00f3n de mercado exhaustiva puede generar los resultados deseados. Producir los resultados correctos es, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos, un proceso iterativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Producir los resultados correctos se basa en la priorizaci\u00f3n y la alineaci\u00f3n: la alineaci\u00f3n con la visi\u00f3n compartida y la priorizaci\u00f3n de los Objetivos, m\u00e9tricas y actividades m\u00e1s impactantes en la Visi\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Netflix tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica clara de crear su propio contenido original de alta calidad en lugar de transmitir el contenido de otros estudios y ha alineado sus prioridades, objetivos y metas con esta elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">logro OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Implementar OKR y lograr OKR son conceptos diferentes, pero, por supuesto, la forma en que implementa los OKR tiene un alto impacto en el logro de ellos. Es poco probable que el ajetreo, tal como se describe en este art\u00edculo, &quot;mueva la aguja en el logro de los OKR&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Varias personas y empresas est\u00e1n redactando listas de tareas en lugar de OKR, pero siguen llamando a las mismas listas de tareas OKR. Ellos no tienen la culpa, pero el condicionamiento s\u00ed. Estamos condicionados desde una edad temprana, en t\u00e9rminos generales, a redactar listas de tareas y marcarlas a medida que las completamos; esto proporciona un &#039;golpe de dopamina&#039;, una sensaci\u00f3n de logro y una prueba de que, de hecho, estamos ocupados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tuvi\u00e9ramos que priorizar estas mismas tareas en orden del grado de impacto en las m\u00e9tricas clave (resultados clave) y c\u00f3mo impactan en \u00faltima instancia en nuestros objetivos compartidos, hemos mejorado positivamente nuestras posibilidades de logro de OKR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La alineaci\u00f3n, los registros, la redacci\u00f3n de OKR potentes y la &quot;realizaci\u00f3n de OKR&quot; son factores de \u00e9xito de los marcos de objetivos y resultados clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#039;Haciendo OKR&#039;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 asegura (en la medida de lo posible) el \u00e9xito de los OKR? Podemos redactar OKR perfectos, pero al final lo que hacemos colectivamente como equipo es lo m\u00e1s importante para lograr los OKR. Necesitamos hacer lo que es dif\u00edcil, es decir, evitar demasiada comodidad al hacer perpetuamente lo que tenemos el h\u00e1bito de hacer y, en cambio, hacer lo que se requiere para lograrlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestras listas de tareas en apoyo de la actualizaci\u00f3n de los resultados clave, por lo tanto, no deben representar nuestras actividades favoritas, sino los proyectos, tareas e iniciativas m\u00e1s efectivos (o que probablemente sean los m\u00e1s efectivos), nos guste o no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La acci\u00f3n inmediata es un factor importante adicional en el logro y el \u00e9xito sostenible de los OKR. Incluso si comenzamos de a poco y construimos a partir de ah\u00ed, debemos tomar medidas inmediatas despu\u00e9s de haber redactado los OKR. Cuanto mayor sea la demora entre el proceso de redacci\u00f3n y la acci\u00f3n culmina en el riesgo de no comenzar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Necesitamos estar &#039;emocionadamente inc\u00f3modos&#039; durante el despliegue de OKRS -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emocionado por el nuevo viaje y porque estaremos logrando objetivos de gran alcance como equipo. Inc\u00f3modo, ya que el crecimiento verdadero y sostenible solo ocurre fuera de nuestras zonas de confort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una combinaci\u00f3n de liderazgo s\u00f3lido, diligencia y disciplina puede garantizar la ejecuci\u00f3n perpetua de los OKR. Los mensajes consistentes, el apoyo y el entrenamiento del liderazgo, la disciplina en tener controles productivos semanales y la acci\u00f3n continua son m\u00e1s ingredientes del &#039;\u00c9xito de OKR&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si, por ejemplo, experimentamos un ayuntamiento muy inspirador para &quot;dar inicio&quot; a OKRS, solo para ser seguido por un &quot;mando y control&quot; y un entorno negativo durante nuestros registros, ser\u00e1 extremadamente dif\u00edcil para nosotros lograrlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR son inspiradores, dirigidos al futuro y orientados a la acci\u00f3n. Nosotros, como equipos, necesitamos alinear nuestros comportamientos con el car\u00e1cter de los OKR, considerando y actuando en base a todo lo anterior, podemos alcanzar colectivamente &quot;alturas
