establecimiento de objetivos.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No tiene que elegir entre metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles y marcos de establecimiento de objetivos como OKR y KPI, ya que todos se complementan entre s\u00ed. Es una cuesti\u00f3n de perspectiva:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando vea todas las metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles y los marcos de establecimiento de objetivos como parte de un ecosistema de rendimiento m\u00e1s extenso, esta visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia le permitir\u00e1 utilizar e integrar todas las metodolog\u00edas mencionadas anteriormente de manera sostenible y con una gran ventaja para la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c1gil se puede definir como:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Es una mentalidad y un m\u00e9todo para mejorar la innovaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una profunda colaboraci\u00f3n con el cliente y pruebas y aprendizaje adaptativos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>La revisi\u00f3n de negocios de Harvard<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR y KPI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existe una multitud de debates centrados en torno a qu\u00e9 metodolog\u00edas en t\u00e9rminos de nuevas formas de trabajo y establecimiento de objetivos son mejores que otras:<br>Algunos favorecen los KPI sobre los OKR, por ejemplo. No es un debate que valga la pena porque los OKR complementan a los KPI y viceversa. Los sprints pueden ser parte de su plan de acci\u00f3n para lograr resultados cr\u00edticos, y las \u00e9picas y las historias de usuarios pueden ser parte de sus marcos OKR.<br><br>Con respecto a las metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles y los marcos de trabajo para el establecimiento de objetivos, no se trata de un &#039;escenario de uno u otro&#039;; en cambio, es una cuesti\u00f3n de integraci\u00f3n y alineaci\u00f3n.<br><br>Los KPI, en t\u00e9rminos generales, miden la salud de su negocio. Un &#039;KPI no saludable&#039;, como una disminuci\u00f3n en las ventas, se puede mejorar a trav\u00e9s de un marco OKR, y un OKR actualizado puede convertirse en un KPI.<br><br>Un prop\u00f3sito operativo respalda el desempe\u00f1o de los OKR, y los marcos de OKR deben ejecutarse con el sistema de valores de la empresa como est\u00e1ndares de comportamiento para garantizar la alineaci\u00f3n con la cultura de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como claro ejemplo, Nokia ten\u00eda un prop\u00f3sito muy digno de CONECTAR PERSONAS.
