mentalidad \u00e1gil <\/a>es el punto de partida para la ejecuci\u00f3n de la estrategia.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ejecuci\u00f3n de la estrategia se trata en primer lugar de la convergencia de mentalidades: la misma actitud de la que se originan las estrategias a menudo es diferente a la mentalidad de aquellos que tienen que ejecutar el mismo plan maestro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando los miembros del equipo que en \u00faltima instancia tienen que ejecutar la estrategia plantean preguntas, quienes crearon la estrategia o estrategias a menudo lo perciben como una resistencia al cambio. Sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda de las veces, y en t\u00e9rminos generales, esas mismas preguntas se plantean con fines de aclaraci\u00f3n: si no tiene clara la estrategia, \u00bfc\u00f3mo puede ejecutarla?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&quot;El \u00e9xito de hoy requiere la agilidad y el impulso para repensar, revitalizar, reaccionar y reinventar constantemente&quot;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Bill Gates<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una consideraci\u00f3n vital podr\u00eda ser repensar y remodelar la forma en que creamos estrategias y las verbalizamos y las presentamos a quienes deben ejecutarlas. \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co-creando estrategias en la medida de lo posible (El efecto IKEA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al permitir que las estrategias sean cuestionadas y remodeladas por otros que tienen que ejecutarlas:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estamos cambiando el enfoque y la mentalidad tradicionales para la creaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de estrategias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Las estrategias son m\u00e1s precisas cuando se presentan como un conjunto de opciones.<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las estrategias y los objetivos son diferentes, pero sucede que los ejecutivos a veces proporcionan una lista de objetivos cuando se les pregunta por sus estrategias.<br><br>Las estrategias son m\u00e1s precisas cuando representan una opci\u00f3n o opciones claras. Como ejemplo:<br><br>Netflix decidi\u00f3 entre transmitir el contenido de otros estudios y crear el suyo propio, y el resto es historia. Cuando un fabricante de juguetes comienza a convertir juguetes en modelos de escala perfecta, se enfoca en los aficionados adultos en lugar de los ni\u00f1os.<br><br>El objetivo de tener una estrategia es diferenciarse de la competencia. La forma m\u00e1s alta de una estrategia es crear un espacio de mercado indiscutible.<br><br>Ponerse al d\u00eda con la competencia es simplemente jugar a &#039;ponerse al d\u00eda&#039; y no es realmente una estrategia en el verdadero sentido de la palabra. Al ponerse al d\u00eda, solo llegar\u00e1 a un punto del que es probable que la competencia ya haya partido para entonces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2023\/02\/your-strategy-needs-a-story\">Un art\u00edculo de revisi\u00f3n de negocios de Harvard<\/a> revela por qu\u00e9 todos necesitamos una historia para nuestra Estrategia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el primer paso en cualquier transformaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfDebe ser el primer paso en cualquier transformaci\u00f3n el cambio de mentalidad? \u2013 Debe transformarse en una organizaci\u00f3n \u00e1gil con una mentalidad diferente a la que cre\u00f3 en una organizaci\u00f3n tradicional.<br><br>Como m\u00ednimo, necesita un enfoque abierto al cambio para que las iniciativas de cambio sean sostenibles:<br><br>Las elecciones deliberadas de la participaci\u00f3n sobre el poder<br>Progreso sobre la perfecci\u00f3n<br>Autonom\u00eda sobre el control<br>Acci\u00f3n sobre an\u00e1lisis<br><br>Representa un cambio de mentalidad. Necesitamos ofrecer experiencias inmersivas de Agile al menos a las tres capas superiores de gesti\u00f3n para respaldar las opciones anteriores. Las decisiones anteriores, por ejemplo, Autonom\u00eda sobre el control, no implican que no habr\u00e1 controles (sin reglas, se producir\u00e1 el caos); es simplemente una preferencia claramente establecida y un punto focal.<br><br>Tratar de convencer a los tomadores de decisiones solo con la teor\u00eda no ser\u00e1 sostenible. Un enfoque experimental puede ser un punto de partida para introducir los OKR en una organizaci\u00f3n. Cuando la organizaci\u00f3n ha experimentado varios a\u00f1os de desempe\u00f1o deficiente, puede ser prudente buscar primero &quot;peque\u00f1as victorias&quot; para recuperar el impulso antes de apuntar a lograr &quot;objetivos ambiciosos&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es una mentalidad \u00e1gil?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una mentalidad \u00e1gil se puede describir como una visi\u00f3n optimista y emocionada del estado futuro de nuestro negocio basada en nuestra creencia colectiva en nuestra capacidad para tener un gran impacto en la forma en que damos forma al futuro de nuestro negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las elecciones deliberadas, como el progreso sobre la perfecci\u00f3n, representan a\u00fan m\u00e1s una mentalidad \u00e1gil. Una mentalidad Agile est\u00e1 alineada y enfocada en crear valor m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido para el usuario final o el cliente de mi cliente, favoreciendo las metodolog\u00edas Agile como Scrum y los marcos OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un elemento central de una mentalidad \u00e1gil es adoptar plenamente las iniciativas de cambio beneficiosas. Una orientaci\u00f3n de mentalidad de crecimiento (estrechamente vinculada a un locus de control interno) es propicia para lograr objetivos ambiciosos y desplegar otras metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles. Por otro lado, una mentalidad fija (estrechamente vinculada a un locus de control externo) no es propicia para la colaboraci\u00f3n, los m\u00e9todos \u00e1giles y las transformaciones exitosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una orientaci\u00f3n de locus de control interno significa que asumimos la responsabilidad de nuestras acciones y fomentamos la creencia de que podemos mejorar y crecer desde nuestra posici\u00f3n actual. Para mayor claridad, debe se\u00f1alarse que un nivel extremadamente alto de locus de control interno puede ser contraproducente. Mantener un equilibrio siempre es clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un locus de control externo es una orientaci\u00f3n hacia culpar a factores externos por un desempe\u00f1o deficiente: un enfoque excesivo en cosas que est\u00e1n m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su control o influencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El locus de control se puede probar y se le puede entrenar desde una orientaci\u00f3n de locus de control externo a una orientaci\u00f3n de locus de control interno, aunque, en muchos casos, esto es dif\u00edcil de lograr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la aceptaci\u00f3n de las partes interesadas y la claridad de visi\u00f3n, las estrategias probablemente dar\u00e1n frutos.
