class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es un eufemismo decir que existe una <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbesbusinesscouncil\/2022\/07\/08\/the-war-for-talent-in-the-new-normal\/?sh=10a2c5d0689e\">&#039;Guerra de talentos&#039;<\/a><\/strong> all\u00ed afuera. Nuestra mentalidad colectiva y nuestra visi\u00f3n del talento y de los miembros del equipo es el punto de partida para liderar y gestionar a las personas de forma eficaz. Independientemente de cualquier ret\u00f3rica relacionada con este tema, mientras veamos a los empleados como pasivos y no como activos en la pr\u00e1ctica, contribuiremos a &quot;la gran renuncia&quot;. Los OKR, cuando se implementan de manera efectiva, tienen varios mecanismos de motivaci\u00f3n contenidos dentro de los marcos. Los OKR, en combinaci\u00f3n con una estrategia eficaz de gesti\u00f3n del talento, pueden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aumentar los niveles de compromiso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumentar la satisfacci\u00f3n laboral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejorar la tasa de retenci\u00f3n del talento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayudarte a ganar &#039;La Guerra del Talento&#039;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un art\u00edculo reciente de Harvard Business Review titulado: &#039; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/magazine\">Reconsidere su propuesta de valor para los empleados<\/a><\/strong> Ofrezca a su gente m\u00e1s que solo flexibilidad al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insead.edu\/\"><strong>INSEAD<\/strong><\/a> El profesor asociado Mark Mortensen y la profesora de la escuela de negocios de Harvard Amy Edmonson afirman que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; <strong>LA GRAN RENUNCIA <\/strong>y un mercado laboral altamente competitivo han hecho que atraer y retener talento sea un gran desaf\u00edo para los empleadores. Para cumplirlo, muchos est\u00e1n siguiendo una estrategia b\u00e1sica: Preguntar a la gente qu\u00e9 es lo que quiere e intentar d\u00e1rselo. A pesar de lo tentadoramente simple que es esta respuesta, puede ser una trampa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El art\u00edculo identifica adem\u00e1s cuatro elementos generales de la propuesta de valor de un empleado que se pueden utilizar y equilibrar para ganar la guerra del talento, a saber:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ofrendas materiales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crecimiento y desarrollo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conexi\u00f3n y Comunidad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Significado y prop\u00f3sito<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los factores de \u00e9xito de la gesti\u00f3n del talento<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vale la pena retroceder y reconsiderar el primer punto del art\u00edculo, la mentalidad con la que abordamos el talento: las ofertas materiales, el crecimiento y el desarrollo, la conexi\u00f3n y la comunidad, y el significado y el prop\u00f3sito no tendr\u00e1n el impacto combinado y deseado si vemos todos estos elementos como costos y responsabilidades de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro del contexto de fomentar una mentalidad de crecimiento, como l\u00edderes, debemos entrenar una orientaci\u00f3n de mentalidad de crecimiento, contratar para una orientaci\u00f3n de mentalidad de crecimiento y ver a los miembros de nuestro equipo como activos: los activos m\u00e1s valiosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crear ofertas materiales convincentes, garantizar el crecimiento y desarrollo de los miembros del equipo, fomentar un sentido de conexi\u00f3n y comunidad, y crear un impacto a largo plazo a trav\u00e9s de un sentido de significado y prop\u00f3sito, forman una poderosa propuesta de valor para los empleados. Sin embargo, tiene que estar equilibrado: los cambios en un factor pueden afectar a otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Centrarse en uno de estos elementos o centrarse demasiado en un elemento a expensas de otros puede crear una cultura t\u00f3xica. Necesitamos atravesar con cuidado la &quot;barra de equilibrio&quot; que conecta todos estos elementos para ganar la guerra del talento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una propuesta de valor eficaz y duradera para los empleados requiere tratar los cuatro factores como partes interdependientes de un sistema integrado. &#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OKRs como el &#039;pegamento&#039; que mantiene unidas las estrategias de talento<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacidad de destilar estrategias de talento en una propuesta de valor para los empleados implementada con \u00e9xito es un gran desaf\u00edo. Las empresas deben perfeccionar su enfoque de contrataci\u00f3n, incorporaci\u00f3n, pr\u00e1cticas de desarrollo de habilidades y propuesta de valor total para los empleados. Solo un enfoque hol\u00edstico a este respecto ser\u00e1 sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR pueden cerrar la brecha entre la estrategia y la ejecuci\u00f3n. Al priorizar tareas e iniciativas por su alto impacto potencial en resultados cr\u00edticos y tomar acci\u00f3n de inmediato, est\u00e1 incorporando la ejecuci\u00f3n en sus estrategias de talento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de su empresa y equipos, su propuesta de valor para empleados puede convertirse en un marco OKR en s\u00ed mismo, y los elementos y subconjuntos de su propuesta de valor pueden convertirse en resultados y\/o tareas clave, iniciativas a nivel de su plan de acci\u00f3n de marcos OKR de diferentes equipos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR internos se pueden configurar para aumentar el compromiso de los empleados y la satisfacci\u00f3n laboral y el sentido de significado, impacto y prop\u00f3sito relacionado con su trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, son los mecanismos de motivaci\u00f3n inherentes dentro de los marcos OKR los que pueden ser m\u00e1s valiosos para la propuesta de valor de su empleado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El &#039;L\u00edder como modelo de entrenamiento&#039;, donde un l\u00edder desempe\u00f1a un papel de apoyo y colaboraci\u00f3n para mejorar el rendimiento, ayuda a desarrollar el trabajo en equipo y la satisfacci\u00f3n laboral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El hecho de que los OKR est\u00e9n dirigidos al futuro y sean aspiracionales respalda los crecientes niveles de entusiasmo entre los miembros del equipo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los equipos y las personas pueden ser copropietarios de resultados, iniciativas y tareas clave, lo que fomenta la colaboraci\u00f3n entre equipos y la conexi\u00f3n humana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfoque: un &#039;superpoder de los OKR&#039; nos ayuda a medir lo que realmente importa en relaci\u00f3n con la experiencia y la propuesta de valor de nuestros empleados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dado que los OKR son &#039;objetivos amplios&#039;, los miembros del equipo deben mejorar sus niveles de habilidad y aprovechar las habilidades de otros miembros del equipo para lograr colectivamente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los logros colectivos excelentes y las &quot;peque\u00f1as victorias&quot; continuas nunca deben subestimarse como elementos de un clima motivador y una cultura de crecimiento que respaldan altas tasas de retenci\u00f3n y compromiso de los empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este art\u00edculo sugiere que los OKR deber\u00edan formar parte de su propuesta de valor para los empleados.
