Un enfoque centrado en las personas y centrado en el cliente para todo lo que hacemos es fundamental para nuestro \u00e9xito sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los OKR internos, como crear un clima motivador para los miembros de nuestro equipo y ser una empresa de elecci\u00f3n para trabajar, enfatizan un enfoque centrado en las personas y un cambio de la teor\u00eda a la acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestras partes interesadas esenciales son nuestra gente y nuestros clientes. En aras de un desempe\u00f1o sustentable, un enfoque l\u00e1ser en nuestros grupos de inter\u00e9s cruciales debe ser el hilo conductor que alinee nuestro pensamiento y comportamiento con la visi\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<em>\u201cCuanto m\u00e1s ayudo, m\u00e1s \u00e9xito tengo. En \u00faltima instancia, los &#039;bloqueadores del desempe\u00f1o&#039; impactan m\u00e1s a nuestras partes interesadas m\u00e1s importantes, nuestra gente y clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La eliminaci\u00f3n de desperdicios es un tema fuerte de la gesti\u00f3n lean que ha sido adoptado por algunos l\u00edderes Agile. Los residuos no se refieren \u00fanicamente al desperdicio de materiales o herramientas en el contexto del sector manufacturero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n se refiere a una p\u00e9rdida de tiempo y de recursos humanos al asignar demasiado de su tiempo a prioridades menores, la procrastinaci\u00f3n, el pensamiento excesivo y las reuniones que toman demasiado tiempo son ejemplos de p\u00e9rdidas de tiempo cr\u00edticas. Este enfoque centrado en las personas tendr\u00e1 un impacto positivo en nuestras otras partes interesadas clave, nuestros clientes o usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los l\u00edderes \u00e1giles son visionarios y entrenan y apoyan a sus equipos para actualizar su visi\u00f3n colectiva en \u00faltima instancia. Actualizar una visi\u00f3n es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil decirlo que hacerlo.
