Los marcos de tiempo \u00e1giles se miden en semanas y meses, no en a\u00f1os\u201d.<br><\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>Michael Hugos, arquitecto de sistemas \u00e1giles<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debe evitarse la trampa de quedar atrapado en viejos patrones de comportamiento, simplemente porque hay un cierto grado de comodidad en ellos, si queremos reconocer claramente las nuevas oportunidades y, en segundo lugar, actuar sobre ellas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estamos operando negocios dentro de un entorno acelerado y desafiante. La teor\u00eda por s\u00ed sola, aunque sea intelectualmente estimulante, no romper\u00e1 la brecha entre la estrategia y la ejecuci\u00f3n. Lo que la mayor\u00eda de nosotros necesitamos son principios y herramientas que podamos aplicar de inmediato que nos ayuden a guiar a nuestra gente hacia la actualizaci\u00f3n de nuestra visi\u00f3n conjunta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacidad de tomar decisiones r\u00e1pidas y de calidad, adoptar cambios \u00fatiles y navegar a trav\u00e9s de fuerzas de mercado externas vol\u00e1tiles y circunstancias econ\u00f3micas es m\u00e1s importante que nunca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Claridad sobre el futuro estado deseado y comunicaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las dudas, los miedos, las creencias limitantes y las incertidumbres pueden, en la mayor\u00eda de las circunstancias, da\u00f1ar el rendimiento y ralentizar dr\u00e1sticamente la velocidad de ejecuci\u00f3n. Aunque en nuestra opini\u00f3n, la velocidad es m\u00e1s importante que la perfecci\u00f3n, la velocidad de ejecuci\u00f3n debe estar bien equilibrada con medidas cualitativas y de mejora para garantizar tambi\u00e9n la sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cualquier proyecto, marco de rendimiento, lanzamiento de un nuevo producto o nueva empresa debe infundirse con la mayor claridad posible desde el principio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Claridad de visi\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claridad a prop\u00f3sito (El por qu\u00e9 detr\u00e1s de todo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claridad de roles y responsabilidades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claridad en las prioridades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claridad en los medibles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claridad de comunicaci\u00f3n (buscar primero entender antes de buscar ser entendidos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La aceptaci\u00f3n de los miembros del equipo ser\u00e1 parcial o lenta o incluso inexistente si la duda es la emoci\u00f3n generalizada entre los miembros del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Toma de decisiones r\u00e1pida: crear certeza dentro de la incertidumbre<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 Recopilar informaci\u00f3n y priorizar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una cantidad significativa de l\u00edderes est\u00e1n bajo una gran presi\u00f3n y tienen mucha responsabilidad a diario y, como resultado, se puede descuidar el cuidado personal. Nos ser\u00e1 muy \u00fatil actuar sobre el hecho de que tomaremos las mejores decisiones posibles cuando estemos en un estado de calma, concentraci\u00f3n e inspiraci\u00f3n. Los l\u00edderes \u00e1giles priorizan la informaci\u00f3n y la recopilan lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible, sabiendo que en la mayor\u00eda de las situaciones es probable que solo tengan hasta 60% de la informaci\u00f3n disponible (si tienen suerte) para tomar una decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Toma la decisi\u00f3n y act\u00faa<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haga &#039;preguntas r\u00e1pidas&#039;: \u00bfEsto realmente importa? \u00bfY qu\u00e9 impacto positivo espec\u00edfico podemos tener a trav\u00e9s de esto? \u00bfTenemos la capacidad para hacer esto y hacerlo bien?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Filtre las actividades\/decisiones a trav\u00e9s del sistema de valores de la empresa para asegurarse de que no lo sea: \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos ejecutar esto con integridad y con excelencia para el cliente?
