Si eres t\u00fa, lo has conseguido. De esta forma, todos aprendemos y aceptamos la competencia y las situaciones de ganar-perder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 puede hacer una persona en este tipo de ambiente para asegurarse una porci\u00f3n razonable del pastel? Necesita competir m\u00e1s vigorosamente para ganar. Cuando se logra ganar con estos m\u00e9todos, el costo es muy alto y es posible que no sea sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfEs esta competencia y ganar tambi\u00e9n importante desde el punto de vista de la organizaci\u00f3n? En t\u00e9rminos generales, las organizaciones no est\u00e1n interesadas en competir y ganar per se, aunque muchas pr\u00e1cticas, reglas y valores organizacionales fomentan la competencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La organizaci\u00f3n se centra en el desarrollo de sus miembros y en la gesti\u00f3n de su desempe\u00f1o para lograr sus objetivos. Por lo tanto, las organizaciones tambi\u00e9n son entornos propicios para la competencia y situaciones de ganar-perder. Ganar, perder, la competencia y las recompensas se utilizan como mecanismos para fomentar un mejor desempe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En general, las sociedades de las que formamos parte tambi\u00e9n definen el \u00e9xito como ganar o perder. Este punto de vista descuida una de las caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1s b\u00e1sicas de la humanidad: la existencia de diferencias individuales en habilidades, capacidades y potencial tanto f\u00edsico como psicol\u00f3gico. Incluso la mejor educaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n y compromiso no pueden nivelar este campo de juego entre los individuos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lea este revelador art\u00edculo de Harvard Business Review sobre &#039;ganar a toda costa&#039;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/05\/when-winning-is-everything\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/05\/when-winning-is-everything<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Necesitamos redefinir el \u00e9xito, ya que todos hemos sido testigos del da\u00f1o que puede causar una cultura de ganar a toda costa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c9xito = la medida en que desarrollas tu propio potencial.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00e9xito es una cosa, y lograr el \u00e9xito sostenible es m\u00e1s complejo. Si el \u00e9xito se logr\u00f3 comprometiendo los valores personales y de la empresa, no se puede sostener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las desventajas del &#039;modelo de ganar a toda costa&#039;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque el &#039;criterio de \u00e9xito de la victoria&#039; individual se usa con tanta frecuencia, tiene muchas desventajas que tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 recordar de sus propias experiencias. Una es que solo puede haber una cantidad limitada de ganadores en cada situaci\u00f3n, en muchos casos solo un ganador, pero muchos perdedores. En general, incluso el ganador de la medalla de plata en un evento deportivo es visto como &quot;el mejor de los perdedores&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otra desventaja es que muchas personas, que experimentan el fracaso, se sienten fracasadas simplemente porque no ganaron. \u00bfQu\u00e9 podemos sugerir como alternativa para ganar como criterio de \u00e9xito?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si m\u00e1s bien vemos el \u00e9xito como la medida en que cada individuo desarrolla, usa y realiza su potencial, el campo de juego se nivela mucho m\u00e1s. Al mismo tiempo, sirve como un incentivo para el desarrollo personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n cambia la evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o sobre la base de criterios externos (el desempe\u00f1o de los dem\u00e1s) hacia usted y su desarrollo como norma, lo cual es un criterio de \u00e9xito intr\u00ednseco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora ya no compites contra otras personas, sino contra ti mismo. Adem\u00e1s, implica que ya no aborda el desempe\u00f1o como un resultado final (ganar) sino como un proceso (desatar y usar el potencial).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es un hecho bien conocido que solo usamos una fracci\u00f3n de nuestro propio potencial. Algunos psic\u00f3logos est\u00e1n convencidos de que la mayor\u00eda de nosotros solo realizamos menos del 5% de nuestro potencial durante nuestras vidas. Con un enfoque en todos los elementos del ecosistema de rendimiento, como por ejemplo, el prop\u00f3sito, la inclusi\u00f3n y la colaboraci\u00f3n, los marcos OKR pueden garantizar un 2023 muy exitoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos tenemos potencial. Sin embargo, hay una pl\u00e9tora de factores tanto internos como externos que pueden interferir con la actualizaci\u00f3n del potencial. Es un arte tanto liberar el potencial individual como formar un equipo unido y de alto rendimiento. Se requiere tanto un liderazgo fuerte como una cultura inclusiva y orientada al crecimiento para crear un entorno que sea \u00f3ptimo para el desarrollo de personas y equipos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para liberar el potencial de los equipos, debe demoler o al menos eliminar la mayor parte de lo que interfiere con el potencial:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>creencias limitantes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control de gerentes\/jefes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>miedos y dudas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inseguridades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incapacidad para aceptar un cambio \u00fatil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mentalidad de ganar a toda costa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toxicidad asfixiante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mentalidades fijas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Derecho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>falta de disciplina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al implementar un estilo de liderazgo de apoyo y entrenamiento que honra las diferencias entre las personas, impulsa a las personas en torno a una visi\u00f3n inspiradora, comparte valores, fomenta la colaboraci\u00f3n y crea metas compartidas, est\u00e1 empoderando efectivamente a las personas y proporcionando un campo de entrenamiento para la actualizaci\u00f3n personal y del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando el esp\u00edritu de liderazgo de servicio est\u00e1 vivo y bien dentro de sus marcos OKR, es probable que sean m\u00e1s sostenibles y exitosos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo comienza con la forma en que contratas e incorporas a las personas.
