Cuidar unos de otros como un equipo, querer tener lo mejor para cada uno y tambi\u00e9n sacar lo mejor de cada uno, es el coraz\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o del equipo y de los OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los l\u00edderes o el liderazgo de la empresa son los custodios de la cultura y establecen el tono y el entorno para el compromiso y el desempe\u00f1o del equipo. En t\u00e9rminos generales, el &quot;m\u00e9todo o estilo de mando y control&quot; de liderazgo est\u00e1 desactualizado, sin embargo, habr\u00e1 circunstancias que requieran ese mismo estilo para hacer una reaparici\u00f3n de corta duraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuidar, entrenar, apoyar y ser el ejemplo es principalmente lo que los l\u00edderes tienen que ofrecer a su gente para navegar en el desafiante entorno empresarial global. El l\u00edder autoritario crea un entorno centrado en la visi\u00f3n en el que los miembros del equipo pueden colaborar de forma creativa y eficaz para lograr el objetivo final.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el contexto de los OKR, el l\u00edder garantizar\u00e1 la alineaci\u00f3n de los objetivos con la visi\u00f3n de la empresa y la alineaci\u00f3n de los resultados clave con los objetivos. \u00c9l o ella dejar\u00e1 que el equipo dise\u00f1e iniciativas y tareas para actualizar los resultados y objetivos clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como este estilo es aspiracional con una clara direcci\u00f3n futura en mente, encaja perfectamente con la implementaci\u00f3n de OKR, ya que los OKR, por dise\u00f1o, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n dirigidos al futuro y son aspiracionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. El L\u00edder de Coaching.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este enfoque brinda apoyo, orientaci\u00f3n y tutor\u00eda constantes para lograr metas futuras y conecta las metas individuales con las metas de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El enfoque de este coaching no es el pasado ni el enfoque de corregir comportamientos pasados, sino que es motivacional y empoderador hacia un futuro deseado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Idealmente, el l\u00edder de coaching mantiene las sesiones de coaching cortas, enfocadas y pr\u00e1cticas pero inspiradoras. Al preparar preguntas motivadoras que ayuden a los miembros del equipo a encontrar las respuestas por s\u00ed mismos, el l\u00edder garantiza un entorno positivo de desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. El l\u00edder afiliativo. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este estilo se trata de conectar personas, inclusi\u00f3n y crear armon\u00eda dentro de un equipo. Este estilo est\u00e1 impregnado de empat\u00eda, pero debe equilibrarse e integrarse con el sistema de valores del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando las personas se sienten seguras dentro de un equipo, ya que se sienten incluidas, valoradas y, a menudo, se les recuerda su valor para el equipo, es probable que den lo mejor de s\u00ed para este equipo. Los intercambios deben ser breves, equitativos y tanto de apoyo como de ayuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. El l\u00edder democr\u00e1tico. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este estilo se centra m\u00e1s en escuchar que en proporcionar direcci\u00f3n. Cuando realmente escuchas, aprendes mucho.
