class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los cuatro superpoderes de Objetivos y Resultados clave son en conjunto extremadamente poderosos. Cuando est\u00e1 aislada, cada superpotencia puede producir algunos resultados, pero solo cuando todas las superpotencias se agregan en un ecosistema puede ocurrir la multiplicaci\u00f3n de resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los cuatro superpoderes son: 1. Enfoque<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es f\u00e1cil verse abrumado por las fuerzas del mercado externo, una multitud de opciones y conflictos internos. No siempre es muy sencillo discernir de inmediato cu\u00e1les son las iniciativas de cambio y las oportunidades de crecimiento \u00fatiles y potencialmente m\u00e1s impactantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intentar medir literalmente todo y probar todo para ver qu\u00e9 &#039;se pega&#039; no es sostenible y crear\u00e1 confusi\u00f3n y caos. Los equipos de liderazgo deben crear tanto claridad como transparencia sobre la mejor manera potencial de avanzar si se quiere lograr un \u00e9xito sostenible. Los objetivos y los resultados clave deben explicarse abiertamente y colaborar para lograr el efecto deseado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Un fuerte enfoque en las pocas prioridades cuidadosamente seleccionadas que es probable que muevan m\u00e1s la aguja es un buen comienzo. El enfoque trae resultados y los resultados engendran m\u00e1s resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El enfoque sostenible de hecho puede ser una superpotencia y puede crear magn\u00edficos resultados. Alinear y conectar para el trabajo en equipo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando los objetivos y los resultados clave se implementan de manera efectiva, pueden romper el efecto de silo y fomentar la colaboraci\u00f3n entre departamentos. Tanto la alineaci\u00f3n horizontal como la vertical pueden aumentar la transparencia, la motivaci\u00f3n y la colaboraci\u00f3n y mejorar el trabajo en equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La alineaci\u00f3n vertical significa alinear los objetivos con el &quot;gran objetivo&quot; de la empresa, la Visi\u00f3n. La alineaci\u00f3n vertical es compartir iniciativas y resultados clave entre diferentes equipos y\/o departamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El &quot;enfoque de arriba hacia abajo&quot; que a\u00fan utilizan varias empresas ha provocado varios efectos secundarios negativos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ralentiza a la empresa y hace que sea muy dif\u00edcil competir con organizaciones m\u00e1s \u00e1giles. Los niveles de compromiso de los empleados se ven afectados negativamente, ya que es muy dif\u00edcil hacerse cargo de las decisiones e iniciativas si no ha tenido absolutamente nada que decir en ellas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una cultura t\u00f3xica de negatividad, trabajo lento, mala comunicaci\u00f3n, ausentismo y bajo rendimiento laboral es a menudo el resultado de un enfoque exclusivo de arriba hacia abajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incluya tantos miembros del equipo que puedan agregar valor al desempe\u00f1o del marco OKR. Inspirar a los miembros del equipo hacia un estado futuro colectivo y deseado es una funci\u00f3n central del liderazgo. Seguimiento de la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existen numerosos software como habilitadores para realizar un seguimiento del progreso y las iniciativas en apoyo de sus marcos OKR. &#039;Fuera de la vista, fuera de la mente&#039;, como dicen, y hacer un seguimiento visible de los resultados es fundamental para la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, la transparencia y la motivaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los ayuntamientos, las reuniones y los registros son plataformas no solo para realizar un seguimiento del rendimiento, sino tambi\u00e9n para celebrar, informar y colaborar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hacer un seguimiento diligente del desempe\u00f1o de los OKR tambi\u00e9n es una herramienta poderosa para usar en la toma de decisiones.
