Si se exagera, puede llevar f\u00e1cilmente al agotamiento y aumentar sus niveles de estr\u00e9s, lo que ser\u00eda contraproducente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Habilidades t\u00e9cnicas y blandas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hablando naturalmente, tienes que ser un estudiante perpetuo de tu campo y poner en pr\u00e1ctica tus aprendizajes para volverte sabio.
